Review 1：The owner, Mrs Nina, was very gracious and arranged transport both to and from the airport, as well as helping us transfer to and from other accommodation we had booked. Very comfortable and a fantastic location. Would highly recommend!

Review 2：Instead of the promised sea view the balcony looked onto an other house two metres in front of us. We were really disappointed. There was no hot water in the fisrt evening. The double bed was very unconfortable.

Review 6：Room not clean; very narrow road that led to parking space which less experienced drivers could find challenging; the path that led to the room was extremely steep, making access to the room very difficult and impossible to climb on high heels, no replenishment on toilet paper so had to buy our own (even when the cleaning personnel came in the room to clean and saw that the paper we bought was almost finished they didn’t leave another one); the hand washing liquid had formed crystals and contained other debris as well so we were forced to use our shower gel to wash our hands.

Review 7：Good location very close to relatively quiet beach; excellent view from room; we were given triple room instead of double that we booked with no extra charge; owner super helpful and polite (she spent time with us to show us on the map where to go swimming, for dinner etc), and also contacted us the day before our arrival to arrange to meet near the port to show us how to get to the rooms.

Review 15：The service was excellent and the location perfect. The rooms very clean with infinite view of the sea. Very close to town and to the beach. Owners very helpful and polite. We had a very good offer in car hire from their rental company. I recommend it

Review 18：Nice (quite old but nice) room with a small kitchen area suitable for 2 people. The owner, Nina is very helpful and willing, and manages Skiathos's Europcar: she hired us a scooter at a very good price.

Review 22：Studio lacks shelf space for clothes. Very low water pressure in theshower - takes a while to wash & rinse long hair. Kitchen facilities notsuited for anything more ambitious than scrambled egg. Balcony towardseast would offers no shade, I.E. much too warm in the summertime untilthe afternoon. Beach directly opposite has some big, flat rockformations that you have to cross to get to deaper waters. Very shallow(50-100 cm) and easy enough to walk on for crossing and very good forsnorkeling (lots of fish) but quite many sea urchins on the edges of therocks! A 200 m walk towards town will take you to the proper sandy (andmuch more crowded) beach.

Review 23：Had a top floor studio with a breathtaking panoramic view over the town,the sea and neighbouring islands. Nice room, rather basic but clean andfunctional. Nice uncrowded beach just across the road (where Greeks aswell as crazy tourists on quad-bikes drive like total maniacs). Friendlystaff (basically one cleaning lady). The owner, Nina, who is busy allday in her car rental business in town, is very sweet and helpful indeedand always took immediate action when we needed something. Reasonablewalking distance to town center (15 mins), lovely walk along the beachor less lovely in the roadside.
