Review 1：This hotel is a total rip off. On top of the 800 euros a night they want 200 euros a day to use the beach. The beach was fully booked but they offered us 2 deck chairs for 150 euros! They tried to charge us 28 euros for our one year old son to have breakfast. He never even had a place setting and ate one slice of toast off my plate. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Italy including the splendido and Caruso which were amazing. This hotel doesn't even come close in terms of service and luxury. More like a 3 star. Will never return

Review 11：The hotel is far from the rating: it is just a modern, flashy design hotel which has no class or substantial value. Private beach costs 200 euro just to hang out and it is not part of the hotel at all - which I think confusing advertisement. If I spend 1000 euro per night, I could have stayed much better hotel in Italy - hotels in Forte dei Marmi in general are rip-off. Head of the bell boy was always grumpy - he never greets us and just ignores us.
