Review 1：Only one chair in the room for two people. location of hotel 20 minutes to the shore of the lake,maybe OK for younger generation ,very tiring for older generation.

Review 3：The staff was amazing. Breakfast was outstanding, and what more, it was enough to tell then first day about my dietary restrictions and from then on, special breakfast was at our table. If you are GF stay with these guys!!!!

Review 5：The rooftop pool is lovely but the cocktail bar which features heavily in the hotel's publicity and which was mentioned by the staff, didn't open at all in the week we were there. Also there isn't an onsite restaurant despite the signage outside the hotel. Not an issue for us but to be aware.
Review 6：Great rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and decent breakfast options. The hotel us about a 20 minute walk from the lakefront, but only 10 minutes from the old city and the restaurants there. There's also a fantastic restaurant round the corner called L'Antica Trattoria - best we tried in Como.
Review 7：Recently refurbished, it's clean and spacious. The staff at reception are very friendly and one in particular was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions (and there were a lot!) with perfect detail. Although 20 min on foot from the lake(you could hire a bike to shorten the time), it's near a few great restaurants that aren't touristy at all. Also near two very large supermarkets (5 min on foot)
Review 8：Don't like how this hotel charges you per person in addition to your room charge--if you're staying with a family, the room gets very expensive very quick. Had I known this, we would have stayed elsewhere. Also, it's a much longer walk to the old town than we expected.

Review 10：1) Wifi is free but quality/easiness of using is just ok. 2) Breakfast is even more basic than a 3* hotel. 3) I occasionally double booked (but did not realized) the rooms, one book has one extra day early than mine. It was charged for one night because of noshow even I arrived there with another booking and explained. Although their explanation is they cannot do more than charge me, I still think there is obviously possibility, since I have called them for this at the first convenience. This hotel is welcomed by tourist groups. I can imagine many things will be counted.

Review 12：The rooftop pool is definitely not used to its advantage. The hours conflict with ability to get dinner and make it back to take advantage of the pool and bar. The views, especially at night, were amazing and if it was used to its advantage is a huge asset to this hotel. Recommend to hotel leadership to expand opening hours and perhaps do little functions upstairs for hotel guests with food/bar!!
Review 13：We stayed here in June and had a great time. I read the previous negative reviews and was skeptical, but we were impressed. It was clean, the staff were amazing, we had a nice sized room and it was close to downtown and the train (10 min walk/5 min walk). The staff had great recommendations for restaurants and places to see and the free breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again!

Review 23：It was easy to find. We arrived late at night having driven from Rome but everything was arranged and in order. There was good, safe, covered car-parking for my classic car.
Review 24：The claim of free parking is I would argue a misrepresentation, but they make much of it - see the small print The hotel is tired - they claim to have refurbished the rooms, I think we had one, but if it was, then the refurbishment is a poor one. We started off in another room and paid €20 for an "upgrade". At the least this room didn't smell. The hotel has one lift - that has 3 steps leading to it and with only one lift, you guessed it, there are lots of waits or long walks Both my wife and I are experienced travelers on business and pleasure and while this hotel may tick 4* boxes I have stayed at better B&B's. If you are going to stay in Como, which is lovely, this hotel will make you feel like you wished you hadn't. If you are on a budget, then this is clean (with an unpleasant odour), but I am afraid save the money and get another 4* as this is not worth it. The hotel is so badly organised that they don't even have a way of calling reception when you get to the room in their hotel guide, for when you check in and realise that they haven't given you the wifi code or that the room you have is hideous and you are on booking.com trying to find another even if it means foregoing what you have paid. Just don't bother.
Review 25：Staff appeared mostly good, but I am going to have difficulties writing 200 words of praise for this hotel, it is so poor. The reason for mostly? Well if wifi is free why didn't they give you the code at check in?

This fact is not to my knowledge indicated on web site. Also the demand on lift was so high that it was quicker to take yourself up the stairs. Not so easy with luggage in tow. Staff attitude poor. We certainly had no inclination to stay extra nights!

Review 107：Located near San Gionvanni train station but far from the historic part of the city. Perfect if you're driving as the hotel has a parking site. Comfortable rooms and clean bathrom. Very good breakfast. Good value for money considering the price of hotels in Como.

Review 112：This is a very large hotel, mainly catering for business people. The location is good, but a little far from the lake and hard to access if you do not know the town.

Review 124：The hotel has to inform their potential guests that there is a big construction area nearby (20 m from the hotel front desk). I know, that it is not their fault. However, rooms, looking at the piles of garbage, working crane, and noisy construction workers, should be "on sale". I was unlucky to have one of these rooms for full price.
