Review 1：Someone smoked in the bathroom very recently (I'm pregnant so have a keen sense of smell). For no particular reason, we did not bring it to the attention of the hotel staff. It was merely annoying to us. I also thought it very disrespectful on the part of whomever did so especially since they have ample outdoor facilities for smokers at several convenient locations (if you are a smoker; if you are not a smoker, that is also annoying).
Review 2：We have stayed here before and have loved it both times. It's one of the few places we could find a room during the holiday season near to Bolzano with available rooms due to nothing more than the distance. We booked last minute and they were able to accommodate us for one night. There's always been ample room for our son's pack 'n play. The bathrooms are well appointed, the facilities are very new and the breakfast is FANTASTIC with wonderful service at every turn. They also have a surprising number of accommodations for the wheelchair assisted including an outdoor electric lift. If you are looking for a place that is accessible, this is definitely it. They also have a small playground right in the yard which we enjoyed this time with our toddler (our son was too small to enjoy it the first time we stayed). The rooms are gorgeous and they have a pool, which we have not used on either occasion. There is ample on-site parking and beautiful views from every window. They have public sitting areas throughout the hotel and have a far greater feel than the three stars on their sign. The rooms are also super clean.
Review 3：The ceiling in the second floor bedroom of our booking was sloped and very low, so we kept bumping our heads. There was also a shelf with a corner at head height and we kept running into that. Also, we booked a double room for just two people and we were given a room for four people. I'm okay with that but I sure hope we weren't charged extra for it.
Review 4：The room we stayed in was very unique and had a beautiful view of the mountains and the local town. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. There's a restaurant on site. There was plenty of hot water and the cleaning staff were very prompt. The hotel is less than a block from Siegis Essen und Trinken which is not to be missed if you are in town. Book a table though as they reserve quickly.

Thestaff was very friendly, the rooms clean and warm. What I mostly liked(even having no need) was the perfect preparation of the hotel (staffand structure) for disabled people.
