Review 1：we had to move rooms twice.. 1st room the air conditioner leaked down the wall and all over the floor after 3 days. The second room the toilet leaked and over the bathroom floor and it stunk Rooms 104 and 105..The 3rd room was good.. no complaints. The cleaning staff had to be reminded that we needed our complimentary water bottles and tea/coffee replenished everyday. The food menu for the restaurant was no good. What little choices you got they didnt have the products to cook or make the drinks for. The breakfast constisted of 4 dishes. ok in you like Mayasian or Indonesian every morning. They didnt know what bacon was and didnt have sausages either. Im easiely pleased with 3 star hotels.. but i will never stay here again nor would I reckomend this to anyone. After being there for 6 nights i was given a free dinner voucher.. the night we used it we were only allowed to choose from 3 dishes on the menu..

Review 2：the pool was nice

Review 3：We booked a double bed but instead we arrived to find two singles pushed together. We made do but it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, only one light worked in our room. Neither one of our bedside lamps worked and one didn't even have a globe in it. The bathroom was probably the biggest issue. There was no shower screen, only a curtain, so it was impossible to have a shower without flooding the entire bathroom. There was never any hot water, so we had to get used to having freezing showers. While our room was cleaned daily, they never replaced the toilet paper and we had to ask several times for it. Also, there is a temple directly behind the hotel which they perform loud ceremonies at early every morning with continuously ringing bells.

Review 4：The hotel was very affordable. A great option if you are on a budget. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. The best part about our room was the balcony overlooking the pool.

Review 5：Aircon wasn't exceed my expectations, it wasn't that cold.. Towels are bit brownie and the toothpaste was a yuck.

Review 9：The shower could have been better, I'm not sure if it was our room or they're all like it but it I found it to be quite cramped and the water spluttered out everywhere. Not too much of a problem though as at least the water was hot!!! Distance from kuta beach is about a 15 minute walk so not quite in the centre however it's a nicer hotel so expected to be a little out the way.

Review 10：I stayed at this hotel for only 2 nights and wish it could have been longer! Having been used to a backpacker budget we went slightly over the usual to treat ourselves and it was well worth the extra couple of pounds each a night! Excellent value for money! The staff at the hotel were very helpful & friendly, the rooms were cleaned daily, we had the superior double and found it quite spacious and the beds to be very comfortable. The breakfast was minimal but free so expected! We missed breakfast one morning and they called our room to ask if we wanted it a little later which was nice. Would definitely visit again!

Review 11：Toilet seat in our room was not secured to the toilet, clothes line in kids room pulled straight out the wall. Two very minor issues but they never fixed either problem when asked. Ringing of bell from temple next door at 7am could be a problem for others.

Great staff who speak English and are always there to assist with anything you need! We were very nicely surprised when we arrived and we received a room upgrade! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast options (buffet) are good and adequate (don't expect a 5* hotel options though). Another plus is the free parking spot in front of the hotel, as Kuta generally lacks of parking options.

The room is very noisy due to being near a temple where a bell rings throughout the day. Also, music in the pool area is loud. Pool is small and in the shade with only enough room for 4 beds.

Review 52：The cleanliness, smell and overall 'feel' of the bathroom/toilet seems always to be an issue in Indonesia. Also towels smelt like cigarette smoke and although they were 'fresh', they were stained and quite grey instead of white.

Then after a large party of Japanese checked in they changed it to an Asian style buffet breakfast and the only western choice they gave us was toast. Noise from the pool travelled to the rooms. And the loud noise from staff watching sport on TV in the dinning area kept us awake until very late at night on one occasion.

Review 123：As hotel is located near a main street, the noise is comming from the street to the inner garden, which is not relaxing in case you plan to spend the whole day by the swimming pool. Otherwise, the room is totally quiet once the room is closed.

Review 124：Suris hotel is a quarantee for a clean facility, as also being freshly build. The inner garden and the swimming pool are great and nicely maintained. Also, recommended to get a room in the inner side of the hotel, once the room closed , there was full silence. Location is near the tourist area, but it gave us opportunity to find local food and beverages at good local prices, not the toruist one. Walk to the tourist places aprox 10-15 mins. I can recommend this place.

Review 125：No proper seating area in bedrooms (no chairs or couches) although they did have a stool with a cushion. Limited breakfast options. A bit far from the beach but in fairness it is possible to walk to legian street and the beach. However, it sits on a busy road with plenty of taxis driving by and costs about a dollar to get to the beach. Not much tourist info on offer. It wasn't that busy when we were there so there wasn't any jostling amongst the guests for use of the pool and four deck chairs but I can imagine if it was full, there may be problems spacing
