Zaton Holiday Resort Mobile Homes are located just 1,300 feet from sandy and pebbly beaches, between the towns of Nin and Zaton. The complex is equipped with 7 restaurants, sports facilities, an outdoor pool and a children’s play area.
All mobile homes are air-conditioned and feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a furnished patio at guests' disposal. Bathroom provides a shower. Wi-Fi and free parking are provided.

Review 1：Nothing to say. It was all amazing.

Review 2：There was football every morning for the young lads. My boy was involved and it made his holiday. The lad looking after it was brilliant, as he had up to 30 boys on some mornings, he had them well organised. I was very impressed.

Review 3：to many people on the beach, mobile houses are to close to each other, it was quite far to the see (about 600 meters). The roads between houses were often full of cars. Fortunately our house was not located close to those roads. Some staff was missing in the kitchen like bigger glasses, plate on which you can cut things and not to damage kitchen plate

Review 5：practically no wifi available, it would be nice to have bigger glasses/caps, no toilet paper/cleaning products provided. Back door to the pool always closed, the pool should be open longer than just 6 pm.

Review 6：Mobile homes too close to each other, some of them have too small place around the house. Not sure how bed sheet changing works, for 9 nights were not change. Too cold water in kid´s pool

Review 7：I like that all resort is in the shadow of pine trees. Clean and nice resort. Lots of showers on the beach. Plenty of playgrounds in the resort. Train within the resort

Review 8：This is an excellent site in a beautiful natural enviroment with all kind of facilities (sports fields, track, swimming pool, plenty of playgrounds, entertainment, etc.). The cleaness is excellent on the beach as well as in the sanitary blocks. I can highly recommend for families with children.

Review 9：Quite crowded in july, overfilled pool and beach. Beds in mobile homes are quite small.

Review 11：There was very rude party next door. After security intervention the party paused at 3AM (left for some other location) and continued at 5AM. And no, it is not to be expected from security guys to hear the noise - the camp is too big.

Review 30：I booked low season so the price for the mobile house was fair. But inthe high season its far to expensive for what you get. 40 euros for 1bed at camping is way too much. Beach can be really crowdy and you needto make sure you have sunshade booked asap as the are gone most of theday. Everything is expensive there but Lidl and other supermarkets are15 min trip to Zadar.

Review 32：Booking.com took our reservation but the resort was totally surprised when we arrived that we did so because it was last weekend of season. I would not recommend this location for last week of its year (last week of September) because it is mostly shutdown for its facilities.
