Review 1：Internet in the rooms is slow and unstable, need to get out to the corridor or lobby to use that effectively. There is a minor disorganization in the restaurant - some stuff cannot speak English, 2 days after arrival stuff still struggled to allocate us a permanent table although we had HB. But service was good and fast anyway.

Review 2：Location is perfect, cousine is great. All are very comfortable. I could get all inside the hotel - ski passes and equipment for skiing. Room are spacious, easy access to the slopes - monorail lift to the lower slope is just 50 meters away. Gym is not big but very comfortable. The facilities are new.

Review 3：Our overall experience was really ambivalent.The main problem is quality of service.Many people simply don't know English - even those working at the reception (however the same with the spa and the restaurants; some even openly admit they're not very fluent from the very beginning). That's why they generally prefer to avoid contacts with non-German speaking guests. When it comes to a talk, they don't fell comfortable and seem to be disoriented and strange. Unbelievable in such a place, but sadly true.Another thing is their general care of guests needs/experience/satisfaction. Sometimes the staff members seem to be quite indifferent/ignorant to these aspects. Despite our previous request (sent by email shortly after the reservation), we were given a noisy room in front of the main street, on the 1st floor of the building (while asking to accommodate us on higher floors, in a quiet place). Ok, different things may happen and sometimes some may not be possible but our caretaker didn't give us a word of explanation/apologies (when it became apparent for us, we were eventually able to change it on the next day with the assistance of another receptionist but for a day we were really angry because of it).The process of check-in was long (we were waiting for about 20 minutes) and unpleasant as our receptionist asked us to wait in the middle of the lobby and before completing everything she took care of other guests (who arrived later) before us; she also asked if we 'went by bus' what was really strange and seemed like some sort of verification of our financial status or sth like that.Restaurants - too many people sitting very closely to each other and fixed tables resulting in low privacy level, noise and slow service (at dinnertime). Wine & Dine - a disappointment, exceptionally rude service and in terms of food quality nothing better than the main one upstairs.The bar - a smokey place.

Review 4：The hotel itself is beautifully designed and comfortable, rooms are modern and spacious and the whole area of Solden is a very nice place to visit with plenty of attractions. The spa - wonderful. Probably the biggest advantage of the hotel. Its location, views, interior, cosmetics, equipment - one of the best we've seen. Some receptionists (e.g. Nicole and back office manager) are very kind and helpful (tough the general problem is the word 'some'). Good quality and variety of food at dinners.

Review 5：I received a superior room with very little view of the mountains/village, a bit gloomy, restaurant area too crowded with buffet being plundered when you arrive a bot later for dinner, some noisy guests when having too much alcohol, hotel heavily focussed on Eastern European guests, a bit pricy for the services given.

Wonderful spa/beauty treatments with attention to your specific needs. Simply a wonderful place to stay and relax. Design has a nice blend of traditional and contemporary elements.

Review 16：The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. There is a touch of tradition, but with a modern take on it. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the room cleaners to the waiters, all of them are kind, helpful and anything you ask is a problem. Spa is great. Food is very good.

Review 21：The hotel was top, so difficult to say anything bad about it. However, the food had for our taste a bit too much French influence which we did not expect coming from Luxembourg to a mountain village. We would have loved to have at least the option to eat something typical Austrian.

Review 37：The sports shop under the hotel charged us for premium ski rent without asking so I felt a little 'ripped off' when I found out it was much cheaper a few yards down the road. The hotel didn't have an iron - not such a bad thing - I hate ironing anyway ! The food was a touch salty for my taste but to be fair I never have salt in my meals at home so to be expected. Other than that - faultless :-)

Review 38：The welcome at the hotel was fantastic and nothing changed throughout our stay. From checking in to checking out nothing was to much trouble and throughout our whole experience we were made to feel special. I would like to make a special mention about our waiter Joseph who was such a kind and fantastically happy guy - every evening and morning he knew exactly what we wanted and had it waiting at our table along with a beaming smile. The spa was brilliant although we didn't use it enough as we skied and then spent our time dining - the food was fantastic ! Location and rooms were spot on !

Review 39：The shower switched temperatures a little bit, so you had to jump out of the shower sometimes to avoid burns or cold water. The pillows were a bit flat in my opinion.

Solden has a main roadrunning through it, but the aspect that knocks the spirit of the placeis that it is clearly the destination of a certain sort of sex tourist.There is a sadness that pervades the town and ski-resort (the skiing isactually excellent) brought about by the seediness and sleaze of stripbars and the accompanying business they bring. Rise up the good burghersof Solden - you and your town deserve better!

Review 57：This place was by far the best hotel we have stayed in on our recent trip. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, which are very friendly and all speak English well. Beautiful hotel with first rate facilities, pool, sauna / spa and wellness centre are sensational, especially after a day of skiing. Rooms are big and cosy with great views, cool lighting and stylish bathrooms. Not that you will spend much time in your room with so much to do, but if you choose to relax in your room - enjoy surround sound music, free mini bar on arrival and b/fast and dinner included in cost of room. Its not cheap but definitely well worth it! Highly recommended.
