Review 1：The staff is really friendly and helpful. They even upgraded us to a bigger room so that we could have a king size bed. They went out of their way to book a restaurant for us and let us leave our bags at reception after check out so that we could walk around and explore without the weight! ☺

Review 2：There is no parking near the hotel but you can leave a car in the parking 500 m. away.

Review 3：The hotel is in the city center - all amazing streats and places just around a corner. Clean, clear. Friendly staff. Italian breakfast - dolce and coffee. Beds were very confortable. I'd stay here for the next time!

Review 11：Three very minor and correctable matters: wi-fi signal was weak in the room, but ok in lobby. No towels & tissue delivered on one day. Safe was not functioning. The only other matter is NOT the fault of the hotel, but the town, and should not be a reason to avoid staying here. Parking is quite convenient once you know the route, but it is very confusing to drive to the hotel. Many Italian towns and cities lack good street signs, but in this town signs are sorely needed because of the system of one-way streets to preserve the center. The hotel could also perhaps install a few directional signs.

Review 14：What a beautiful place, very tastefully decorated, with a tranquil feel. And ideally located being right in the centre of Ascoli, but was still quiet. Decent breakfast. We really loved it here and will go again

Review 21：Very helpful staff!Hotel is a beautifully restored townhouse directly in the center of Ascoli. As the hotel is located in the old part of Ascoli it is difficult to reach even with GPS. After calling the hotel one of the staff came to guide us through the very narrow and winding streets of old Ascoli to the hotel. The breakfast is very nice. There is a good selection of cold cuts and cheese but also eggs and cereals which is not so common for Italian hotels. Of course they serve an excellent cappuccino! Rooms are very roomy for a old center town hotel There are some very nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel's recommendation for a dinner restaurant was excellent!
