Review 1：Our junior slept in the extra bedroom, so we slept on the couch/bed in the living room. That was not so comfortable.

Review 2：You have everything you need in one place. It's close to a nice beach with other leisure activities. We've been end of the season so it was not very crowded, but a lot was already closed. The aprtment was good equiped with a nice terrace

Review 3：Zaton has no night-life so you would have to travel to Zadar if you expect some. Everything is closing about 11pm. But we've traveled in September so the high season was over maybe that's why.

Review 4：Location is very convenient however I suggest to rent a car at the Zadar airport as Zadar area is beautiful to visit and go places, especially when you like tourism. If you want simply to rest and enjoy yourself with the family, Zaton is a perfect place as it offers almost everything at the resort. It has swimming pools for adults and younger, plenty of kids activities such as: trampolines in the water, slides, playgrounds, go-karts, horse riding, animations and competitions in the evening programmer. It offers water sports for more and less active. Personally I recommend a water bike. Also it has plenty of the services like: supermarket, internet cafe, currency exchange, bike rent or even a little train leading directly to beautiful Nin town (I truly recommend to visit it). Beach is not really sandy so don't expect too much here but this is Croatia. They don't have sandy beaches at all. It's worth to explore sea-boat trips either from Zaton or simply from Zadar (more choice). In the morning you can enjoy a Zumba in the water and the evening shows. I fully recommend the place!

Review 5：Exceptionally clean everywhere, very well maintained, all the staff were really helpful. Had everything in the resort that you could possibly need. Great variety of things to do and places to eat. Only suggestion would be that they could have more busses running from the resort.

Review 6：I think the resort needs more lighting at night - we found it difficult to see where we were going in many areas. We stayed in a 4 star apartment, it was very clean, however, it was a lot smaller than we expected. There was no oven or kettle. There was also only 1 English speaking channel, which was very disappointing. Would not recommend the resort for people looking for a good night-life.

Review 7：There were lots of facilities that catered for all ages. The whole resort is very clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to cut short our holiday due to a family bereavement and they very kindly only charged us for the nights we had stayed - we really appreciated this.

Review 8：A lot of things in the apartment were damaged; shower, dryer, plug sockets didn't work, telephone didn't work. Room service charged per meal instead of per delivery like most places. Wifi had poor signal and could only be used on one device at a time.

Review 10：Really nice resort for family with small childrens. Fully recommend newly refurbished apartments that are well equiped and very nice. Also the facilities in report are great such as small cinnema or all you can eat buffet that serves also alcoholic drinks (local wine and local beer). Beach is suitable for small children, with sand surface.

Review 11：1. Bad bed! On the third day we complained about extremely uncomfort bad with a "hole/depression" on one part. They immidiately sent a janitor who put a wooden shell and partialy solved the problem...but then it became loud as hell!2. Prices inside the facility are EXTREMELY HIGH. Bakery, caffes, especially the market store! Keep away from it and go to the Zadar...Lidl or Plodine store

Review 12：The whole facility is perfect. Everything clean, pretty quietalthough there were lots of kids. Grass trimmed,no garbage. Beechcostperfect. Review 13：Were no cleaning of the apartments. Sometimes we had to ask even for towells. Equipment (furniture, TV, bathroom, etc.) is very old. I was there 15 years ago and almost nothing was changed since then. I would expect much more investment. There is one old waterslide and they charge you even for that. The swimming pool water is too cold and crowded. They should build a serious aquapark there which is free of charge for insiders.

Review 19：The 3* self catering apartment was stuffy with no air con and the sofa bed was as solid as a board. Security was not great as the patio doors and shutters did not lock properly and could be easily pushed open.

Review 20：The resort is well laid out, with a lovely resort feel to it. The 'strip' of main restaurants and shops add to the ambient charm and the bakery and crepes cafe were a great option to fall back on. The entertainment was pretty amateur but the aquarobics in the sea was good fun! Nice touch, a card was posted under the door for my sons birthday, which was a lovely gesture.

Review 21：People working in the restaurants were not very friendly. Food was always very big quantities but not great quality. You had to pay extra for almost all activities. Minigolf, table tennis, water fun parcours, sunbeds and more

Review 25：Beautiful 2 floors apartment, Shops, supermarket, restaurants. Laid back and easy going staff. The hotel offers everything, even a car rent service with a valet bringing the car to the hotel reception and then picking it up for the guest comfort. Perfect for families with kids. Sandy beach, a bit rough not really a paradisy but sandy which is rare in Croatia. Perfect for building castles, also the shore and sea bottom very nice and smooth.

Review 26：The apartament was small, with a sofa instead of a double bad. The towels and sheets had stains and were visibly overused. The shower cabin had mold on it and the shower head was almost unusable.

The beach was ok but you need to pay for the beds and the sea itself is not the best - water is always reaching only your stomach even if you go looong way further. Wifi is free only for one device per room. You could hear the noise from the bars when sitting in outside in terrace in the evening.

Review 37：We stayed in a 2-bedroom 4* appartment with terrace which was excellent. Airco in both bedrooms and living room. Bathroom with toilet plus extra toilet separate. Very comfortable. Very nice big beach area. Good facilities with shops and restaurants. Good free parking near appartments.

Review 38：The bathroom was not comfortable. After a few careful showers, the shower head finally fell off the hose, so we had to set it up *just* so. We made it work, and we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Bathrooms were hard to find on the resort. The rocks on the beach are very sharp. Wear shoes!

Review 39：I liked having a kitchen. The grocery store in the property is well stocked and reasonably priced. The water aerobics each morning were so much fun! Once we bought water shoes, we were much more comfortable in the water.

Review 40：Cons: - Parking at the reception is not possible, there are no adequate parking possibilities near the reception. - Too many people in the resort - The pool area is very very small, crowded and therefore we never used it, even the kids didn't like it and they usually love pools. - animation program at the beach is terrible and loud - the sun beds and umbrella at the beach are poor quality and you have to pay for it in addition. - there are many stones in the water and you can hurt yourself easily without shoes - only a very small part of the beach is sandy, the other parts are paved with stones! - the sea is always very flat - no waves (good for little kids, but boring for older ones) - the food quality in the restaurants is average - due to the high frequency the service personnel in the restaurants and shops work hard, but are not very friendly - too many people in the restaurants - stress! - Wifi in the apartment is very poor and complicated to login. Only one device could be logged in at once, speed is much too slow, therefore useless - the distance from our apartment to the beach was too far

Review 44：Lots of noise from crickets. On the website of Booking.com we found it not so easy to see weither our appartment would have airconditioning. It turned out that we didn't have airconditioning and we regretted that.

Review 46：It is a resort, with many people going through the "machinery" every week. If the previous renter/tender does not tell the staff, that their kid pied in the bed, the cleaning have no chance in finding out. We took over one of these beds and linen, but it only took the afternoon to fix a new bed and linnen for us. I can only blame the previous guest. Nothing bad to say about the service.

Review 47：The Zaton Holiday resort is 14 km from Zadar and close to Zadar Airport. The resort has a sandy beach and a nice little "walking" street for shopping and restaurants, where you can let the kids run safely around without being afraid of cars. Very comfortable, and good restaurants at a very fair price. I recommend this resort. But take the 4 star apartments as their have aircon. where the 3 stars do not.

Review 48：The price was high, but the room wasn't cleaned at all. The extremely loudly animators in the afternoons and sometimes in the nights. You need to pay for everything, even sunbeds on crowded swimming pool.

Review 52：Too crowded in august, no umbrellas, sunbeds in the afternoon. The only way was to find a space in the beach in the morning. The facilities look used and soviet style at some places. No nice restaurants, but ok for snack or lunch. Won't survive there for longer than a week, but kids loved the place. Need to pay for everything: luna park, sunbeds etc. Playgrounds and the swimming pool (small and crowded) were free. But the place is nice value for money.

Review 53：Playgrounds everywhere, a lot of activities for young children. No need to leave the hotel: few restaurants, coffe shops, market, grocery, bakery and pharmacy - all that within the resort. It was very quiet in the evenings despite the number of kids in the hotel.

Review 54：Internet access is still luxury in 2015g. This is unacceptable! Bandwidth is 1Mps download and 0.3 Mbps upload. Upload family photos to the cloud is impossible. Refrigerator working at minimum, it is not possible to cool the food in the apartment. Stream in the shower is weak, it is not normally possible to take a shower.

Review 60：It was our first time at the dalmatian coastline and may be we were not prepared that all beaches around are with rocks. However the beach at the resort is ok, there is sand, and chairs and umbrellas for rent. Nice restaurants everywhere, and not overpriced.

Review 61：It is a nice place, we initially booked the 3 star apartment, without realizing they do not have air-condition! After discovering what happened we called the reception asking them to move us to another apartment that has AC. As it was the end of July everything was full, but the staff was somehow able to find another apartment for us, which was 4 starts and with AC. We gladly paid the price difference;)

Sandy beaches with shallow water, climbing areas in water and on ground, swimmingpoools, many playgrounds (between all appartment buildings), pony riding for children, massage, supermarket, shops, many nice restaurants with good food, atmosphere and service, etc. The appartment was much better than expected, beds too. Veranda on ground floor was also fine.

Review 65：we had to end pay 40 euros for final cleaning, even though the apartment was cleaned. earlier they said 20 euros if it is dirty. The service is not nice There is no internet, it is only in theory, no one mentions towels and bed linen. toilet paper you buy in the store itself. the problem with garbage in apartament when is full, missing a few tiles in the swimming pool for children, a child hurt his hand. musieliśmy na koniec zapłacić 40 euro za sprzątanie końcowe, pomimo tego ze apartament był posprzątany. wcześniej mówili 20 euro jeśli jest brudny. Obsługa nie miła, Nie ma internetu, jest tylko w teorii, nikt nie wymienia ręczników oraz pościeli. papier toaletowy musisz kupić sobie w sklepie. problem ze śmieciami . brakuje kilku kafelek na basenie dla dzieci, dziecko zraniło rękę

Review 66：The 3 star apartment were not well kept. The restroom was moldy. Everything looked old and used. It looked clean but I believe it was to expensive for the quality of the sleeping arrangements. Let's not forget the spider webs coming out of the corroded metal piece of the old sofa bed.

Review 76：You have to pay for all activities, too many people at the same place, we had a problem with urin/sewage smell on our balcony and inside, no information regarding use of bath-shoes in the sea because of the stonefish. There are a lots of families with small children and they are shouting and screeming from 06.30 a.m.

Review 78：The only minor problems: Lots of choice of food in restaurants on the site, however the restaurants all had very similar menu's. If you want to visit places outside of Zaton its best to have a car, as nothing is walking distance outside the resort. Buses are organised but only twice a day to Zadar.

Review 79：Everything was very close together.(Beach,shops etc) VERY cheap food in restaurants and food shops. Fresh bakery. Room facilities nice and clean. Bus service to Zadar. Good animation team! (Lots of activities for children) Evening entertainment. Snorkelling is fun at the beach. Overall excellent stay in Zaton.

Review 80：This resort is ideal for families, very safe and very clean. There was a large group of us and everyone enjoyed it so much that they are making plans to return. Staff are helpful and friendly which goes a long way.

Review 81：The only down side of the whole stay was the ants. There were hundreds of them. Mostly outside the apartment thanks to the cleaning we did twice every day, but day find they way in, even into the bed. And they bite. If there wouldn't be that many ants I would say this is the perfect place in Croatia.

Review 82：Very family friendly place. Apartments are clean and tidy. They taking the bin every day, changing the towels every third day and changing the bed once a week. The pool is great if you don't want to go into the sea. The security is top class - security men are walking across the buildings and there is one in the car park at all times.

Review 83：We were charged € 1.00 City tax per person per day, not per stay asadvertised.Our identity cards and/or passports were retained without right at the reception until the day we left. Sober, self-important attitude of personnel at the reception. There is a statement written in their house rules by which they can arbitrarily charge you extra for leaving the room unclean. This statement does not appear anywhere in their booking.com listing and thus we were not aware of it before we made the reservation. We kept wondering our entire stay there about how clean we had to keep the room to avoid being charged extra. Security personnel with police-like attitude at the entrance/exit to/from the resort. We felt like we entered/exited the premises of a prison establishment, not a tourist resort. There was a power outage one day that lasted about 8 hours that resulted in the following: 1. Melting of the ice-cream that we bought and stored in the freezer. 2. Shaving with the flashlight (luckily we had one) in one hand and the razor in the other. 3. Being unable to pay for our stay there (pay systems were down) until the next day. Long distance from the appartment building to the reception. Broken/faulty terrace door that could have easily been opened by an intruder from the outside. Room was averagely clean, with ants crawling through it. We also got some mosquito bites since there were no nets installed to stop them. There was also no air conditioning as an alternative to leaving the windows open. Little variety of TV channels (about 38 total).

Review 84：Luckily we were offered a 4 person appartment at the same price of a 2person appartment that we booked. This was also quite convenient sincewe did not need to pay extra for a baby cot.The room was well equiped for self-catering, with all the basic tools and cooking pots that we needed. Quite peaceful atmosphere in the apartments complex, with trees watching over the alleys and birds singing in the background.

Review 85：The food store at the premises is OK and holds everything basic but not much else. Beach beds are not free, but totally affordable.

Review 86：Perfect for all ages. Great beach, nice (but nor great) restaurants, bakery etc and lots to do in the area. Close to beautiful Zadar, and the amazing Plitivice National Park is about 2 h drive away. We had a great stay in a supreme 2 bedroom apt, which was very clean and quiet. Would def. go here again.

Review 91：It was a 3 start ap. but I've seen better 2 star aps. Bugs, ants and flying ants, small spiders on walls, beds, .... Kitchen, freezer, sheets were dirty. Phone was not working to call the reception. This is not an apartment for families with babies. With 3 kids we were too far from beach, center or any other interest points. The 4 star apartments look a bit better, not sure inside.

Review 92：I did like the sea in Nin. Wild and sandy beach. Very baby friendly, 30-40m from the beach and still 50cm deep. It's 10 mins by car. Food was good.

Review 93：We travelled as a group of six. Two mature adults, two younger adults and two three year olds. The facilities were immaculate. Loads for the children to do, with parks dotted all over the complex. The pool area was very safe for children. A good choice of restaurants catering for all, varied prices. You could have a buffet self service dinner for less than £9 including drinks, to a more expensive meal for roughly £20 a head. Activities for all ages, would certainly visit again. Brilliant holiday!

Review 97：We stayed at Zaton in May. Myself my partner and our 4 year old daughter. I can not fault anything about our stay it was simply amazing and we will definitely be back

Review 98：Food & beverage staff were poorly trained in some of the outlets and service was very slow. Pool did not open to 10am and closed at 6pm, which with young children an earlier opening would be an advantage and a later opening for older children. As the pool is not beside accommodation it would not be disturbing anyone. Signage was very poor throughout the complex.

Review 103：We loved the resort, even though we have only stayed one night. It is big and very well organized. We even had the luck to get an upgraded apartment, which was really good. The apartment was great, so was the beach and the pool.

Review 105：- rooms are modern, clean, large and well equipped. - everything is available at the resort (restaurants, grocery store, souvenirs, pool, beach, animation/activities,...) - short drive from Zadar (20 min.) - possible to do a daytrip to national park (2 hour drive via toll route, 23kn) - despite it not being during the peak-season, we got a free upgrade in rooms upon arrival.

So 1 big sofa oenning and a small sofa openning. But when we oppened the sofas, we have just a smal place to live... Hopefully, we stayed all the day outside. There is a lot but very A LOT of playground for children, a street with a lot of shops, nice restaurants.. etc... We love it !

Our apartments weren't cleaned at all during our 10 days stay, not even the bed linen were changed once, we had to call reception and ask for it to be changed after 8 days of stay!!! Apartments hygiene and cleaning service shoud seriously be improved. Wi fi is poor.

Review 125：The sofa bed is impossible to sleep on, highly uncomfortable. Other than taking out the garbage there was no cleaning for one week. Even below hotel policy which is already low. With a sandy beach you would need clean towels more often. One of the night the hotel staff was having a party next to us making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. If it was guests I would say OK, but expect more respect from the staff.

Passports are retained at the reception. Very bad practice

Очень красивая и разнообразная растительность! Видно, что за всем хорошо следят и место развивается.
