Review 1：I booked this hotel through Booking.com ,It was confirmed.but when Iarrived, they told me that they did not get any information.and offeredme same room in higher price. So becareful.

Review 2：The Management staff were not helpful in providing proper information about any queries we had. They were indifferent and apathetic.

Review 3：Excellent location - on the beach. Excellent service from the housekeeping and restaurant staff. Tasty food served at the in-house restaurant.

Review 4：I had expected wifi facility in the rooms. Unfortunately, wifi was available only at the reception.

Review 5：1) The rooms were spacious and comfortable. 2) Toilets were clean. 3) The hotel had arranged for Jagannath Puri temple viewing; the priest came on time and we had a comfortable darshan (viewing). 4) The hotel also arranged for a visit to Lake Chilika.

Review 8：The room was a premium room, and still rain water had seeped inside the room from the balcony during the night rains. We had two rooms, in the other room the split AC did not have a remote and it was always working on full blast, we had to get up several time in the night to switch on and off the AC. The AC was also dripping water. The next morning we had to check out and leave early, but the front desk person took more than 40 mins to prepare our bill. We got complementary breakfast, but the dining hall is in the basement, lacks ventilation and natural light, and was very stuffy with a smell of floor cleaner. When we ordered an extra piece of bread, we were told that it will not be complementary and we were charged for that, I have never experienced this in any hotel before.

Review 9：There is a body message spa, and swimming pool. The beach in front of this hotel is somewhat quite and peaceful.

Review 10：This hotel is not cheap and does not provide the quality that you would expect when paying this sort of tariff. The first room we were given was dark and smelt. We insisted on another room that was a double room and settled for two fold out beds for our children but then had to argue to get two donnas for those beds they wanted to give us two dusty blankets. It was difficult to communicate as nobody spoke much english so this was a bit stressful. A few times we seemed to be ignored as we waited for assistance at the front desk. They just worked around us!!!!

Review 11：There was a lovely friendly man that was working out the front of the hotel. Always very friendly even in the oppressing heat.

Review 12：Too early check out time. I stayed one night but paid for two nights so that I could leave at decent time rather than hurry at 7am. Dingy claustrophobic restaurant.

Review 14：There was no wifi at all. The breakfast was disgusting whereby the toast felt like some rubbery item. The bathroom was filthy and there was a leakage from the sink. The air conditioning was not good either and it was noisy with a lot of water coming out of it
