Review 1：- too soft beds, but someone may like it - wi-fi properly working only before 4pm and between midnight and 6am. Otherwise "overloaded", but this is not the hotel's problem

Review 4：There is ski bus comming from the bus stop in front of hotel directly to gletcher Kaunertal. The ride takes 35 min without stoping. We enjoied the served-sit down diners.

Review 5：Hated that the staff forgot to provide full gluten free dinners. The bed was better than most hotel beds. I also needed breakfast to be served earlier so we could make it to our meeting time on the glacier.

Review 11：A family room was a little small for 4 people, but we managed. TV set placed in the corner so it was hardly to watch from adults' bed

Review 12：It was our third time in Tia Monte and again we were satisfied. Nice, clean room. Tasty food. Good value for money. Close to ski arena (in fact this os the nearest hotel) and to the village.

Review 13：Hotel bar is rather a joke, some members of the staff were quite unfriendly and not too well groomed.

Review 14：It was a good value for money, in a nice quiet spot but rather far from the Serfaus ski area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfasts and dinners nice and with a good selection of food. The wifi is free of charge and the signal was good in all parts of the hotel.
