Review 1：The overall position of the apartment in relation to the sunshine plaza and the rest of Maroochydore's CBD was incredibly convenient. The apartment was spacious and clean too.
Review 2：The bed was so uncomfortable, we would wake up in pain. By the final night we sleep on the floor.

Review 8：I was in the unfortunate situation of suffering of a bereavement from the night before. I required a last minute check out., Why the hell did you camp outside my door to clean my room when I had informed you. Bad room people!!!!!

Review 11：We had a 2brm apartment with a park view. We loved it! It was modern, clean, spacious and had all the conveniences of home.
Review 12：After checking in our 8 month old was crawling on the floor and ended up with black hands and knees after being on the tiles for a few minutes. Car parks are very tight as well and can be difficult to manoeuvre especially if leaving the apartments frequently. No oven in kitchenette. No aircon outlet in bedroom

Review 20：The check in and check out process were a little unsystematic and didn't flow very well. You barely see staff if you are there of a weekend and arrive on a Friday night. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear the conversations and 'going ons' in the room next door

Review 27：Secure car parking. Very good lift/room access security. So close to everywhere I wanted to go...RSL, Golf Course, CBD and restaurants. Fabulous balcony with a view. I think I'd like to live there.

Review 31：Apartment was clean and comfortable and had a nice aspect looking over the golf course, but if you like being near the beach then look for something closer. It didn't bother us as it was just a short stay for an early morning event on a Sunday
Review 32：We arrived at 2.00pm on a Saturday having rushed from Brisbane International airport to attend a wedding at 3.00pm. Reception was closed and it took us almost 25 minutes to 'check in'. find the parking and access the Unit. If the toilet roll holder had not been empty I doubt that we would have seen any staff during our brief visit. For the net 10 hour usage it was a costly stop over.

Review 70：The fact we were given a warning that the smoke detectors were extremely sensitive and if there is a fire brigade call out we would have to pay $1,000! One detector is located too close to the kitchen. Worrying about this spoiled our holiday. Also, as the shower is located above the bath. A handrail to hold onto while getting out of the bath would make exiting the bath much safer.

Review 79：Unfortunatly, I was cold in the night and pulled the blanket down and put it on the bed. It was very very soiled, filthy and very stained and it was horrible knowing it was on our bed. I think they very much need replacing if all the other apartments have the same. Also, there was dried vomit in the carpark that must have been there for a few days and was still there when we left. It was pretty gross but these things happen. Everything else was quite clean, so it was disappointing to have seen.
Review 80：The location was fantastic and the amenities were beautiful. It was great to look out to the golf course and see lots of green. We liked the modern layout and how spacious the sitting area was. We also liked having a designated carpark, so we always knew where our car was and that we didnt have to fight for a space. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The manager actually came over from his home to check outthe dvd player and finally had to bring his own tv up for me as itturned out the cable was broken. Really appreciated!
Review 89：Check in was by phone as reception is not manned from Saturday afternoon until Monday morning. When we entered the room there were notes all over the place saying we had been allocated a 2 bed apartment but had only paid for a 1 bed. The notes made it clear that if we so much as set foot in the 2 bed facilities we would be charged extra. Everything was impersonal and I have never stayed in an apartment where facilities that can be accessed cannot be used.

Review 91：After hours reception phone did not work at first. had to pull and jiggle wires to get a dial tone. (then fine). Include a plan of where the lifts are in the instructions. Took us a while to find them on ground level. (we didn't see them in carpark from where we were parked. Just a couple of things which made getting in there a bit frustrating (this was after hours on Sat afternoon).

Review 103：Overall standard of cleanliness very poor, particularly, kitchen plates and cutlery. Of those we needed to use during our brief stay, all had to be thoroughly cleaned before use. In addition, floors were extremely sticky.......On this basis we would not recommend the property and will be unlikely to select this property in future.

Review 105：I didn't really get any sleep for the two nights I was there, theapartment was noisy. It sounded like a water pump came on nearly every20 minutes throughout the night. Also a trolley kept tracking up anddown outside on the lift side balcony.
