Review 1：Need to spend some money on new sheets, pillows & towels, they are torn tattered marked & old. At $200+ AUD per night you expect decent linen. Even when changed rooms both same and after daily room make up. Theta Spa was empty just about every day because of excessive pricing.

Review 2：Location can't beat it, beachfront access & Staff. Both Prayogi & Merzea greeted us daily with Welcome Smile and Top Service.

Review 3：Unfortunately I contracted food poisoning (check your clinik records) as a result of some very bad Norwegian salmon from the Wharf Restaurant. Six days very ill. We ate nowhere else in Bali other than the Ramada. Did not enjoy this experience.

Review 13：The staff are incredibly friendly, the hotel grounds are beautiful & constantly maintained, poolside there are plenty of loungers to choose from, next to two bars for food & drink. Breakfast is a veritable feast. Right the beach, with a path to the main Kuta Beach. Plenty of resto's in close proximity.

Review 16：The managment of bintang hotel must be drunk, entertainment on thursday was being rent out to insurence company so no promised show,If this is a 5 star hotel and cant provide a output cable for their dvd player after 3 days ur not being looked after,payed far over value for this old hotel with slippery pool,they have this special deals like,incl dinner and airport transport,only transport outof this place is pleasant .The only 2 seaside restaurant female waiters have a better additude if you not Indonesian, after our complain 2old experienced man served us.very poor wi fi,and 46***rp incl tax for 1 small beer is what u get.

Review 19：It was really nice that the hotel had direct access to the beach, which was in a quieter part of Kuta. On the other hand, the beach in front of the hotel wasn't really nice for swimming, although it was good for taking pictures. You could walk down the beach to a nicer part in about 10 min.

Review 20：-Even though the staff are nice (some of them) the service was poor, there were less smiles seen like they don't care about the guest. This was the worst Ramada i have stayed in from all the others around the world. - I had requested for a wall adapter plug for my charger and the reception said its on its way. For the rest of the three days it never arrived. I had to do some adjustments to my current adapters and use it. -The rooms needs some new upgrades to the skirting and the floor, they look rather worn out and tired. The toilet ceiling had a small hole on the side. The toilet door got jammed occasionally and it was a pain to keep trying to open the door once your inside the toilet. - Buffet was almost the same everyday - there were two ornamental statues inside the room and they had made an enclosed space on the wall with lights to keep them. I think this is a total waste of time and they looked quite hideous too as it was only head in a little silver stand. - The hotel even though has 5 stars is quite to the standard of a 3 star.

Loved the pool and getting involved in the recreation activities such as yoga and cycle trip. Would come back again definitely.

Review 56：Mince meat paddies & bacon offered pretty much daily with the rare appearance of fish. We arrived at 1300, told check-in people we would be back at 1400 (check-in time). But were still kept waiting till 1440 to check into our room. Considering we booked our room 6 months earlier & gave them an hours notice. This is totally unacceptable. I did see this is a very common problem from reading reviews on this resort. They obviously need to hire more cleaning staff in order to get on top of this major problem.

Review 57：I stayed here coz Green Garden on Jalan Segara is being rebuilt (renamed). I like to stay in Tuban in the dry season & this place is well located for us. The breakfast was ok, but I would like more options for protein. Fish was only on the buffet once during our 12 day stay. While some mince paddy thing appeared way too often. I'd much prefer to eat good healthy fish. Apart from that breakfast was good with lots of variety. The room was not large, but adequate size. However the bathroom was badly designed for the size & needs renovating. The pool & grounds are very nice. You can get a free taxi from the guys out front. Unfortunately we did not realize until the last day, coz the sign is so small & we were not informed. There are little squirrels running around the palm trees which is really cool.

Review 60：Very friendly staff. Everything and more than we were expecting. Room was clean and spacious, buffet breakfast was excellent, pool was clean and there were ample sun loungers supplied. The bar and restaurant offered good value with excellent quality food and was a great location to watch the sunset every evening.

Review 64：We loved everything about the Ramada. The staff are so pleasant and keen to help. The buffet breakfast as I remember it 12 years ago is the same except bigger. Choices are many and varied. A variety of eating venues at Ramada which is of the highest standard. Being right on the beach is a plus. Can't find anything to complain about.
