Review 1：Place is old and needs some upgrade, then we arrived to the room the sink in bathroom wasn`t cleaned

Review 3：Location is good. 2 minutes from the beach, the girl at the reception was very friendly and helped us but the man that was at the reception at night was so mean.. He didn't even said hi when we walked in.. Breakfast was a bit poor for a 3 star hotel and the rooms are a bit old. I mean, the painting has some cracks on the roof, the bathroom is a bit old. The owner should restore it if he wants more positive feedback. Last negative note: we had a room on the street so the last night we woke up at 5am because some drunk dudes were shouting in the street..

Review 5：Due to a heat wave, it would have been pleasant with cooling in the lobby and the breakfast room. Beds could have been a bit softer.

Review 9：*dirty * bed was old and bad shape + smelling!!!!!! * there were holes in walls. Felt as very cheap "1h motel" *old and broken ceiling fan. Could not use. * noise from outside in the night * very poor breakfast! I dont reccomend this place to anyone. We booked for 4 nights via booking.com but we left after first night.

Review 11：Photo a bit deceptive ... hotel is not on the beach but across the street ... no hotels are right on the beach. You have to pay to use the facilities of a private beach or walk a short distance down the street to the crowded public beach. The building is in need of repair and renovations. Our apartment was clean and the beds were adequate, but the stove didn't work, the hot water was sporadic, the towels were mismatched and old, and the one upholstered chair was second-hand covered with a blanket.

Review 19：We chose the hotel primarily based on the outside pictures on booking.com website where it showed among others a picture of the building and a beach and water. It seemed as if there were beach facilities with the hotel but it is not at all reality. We booked for 1 night but checked out approx. 20 minutes after check in. The room resembled eastern european hotel standard in the late '80s in our room, so we left immediately. despite the price (140 Euro, seemed reasonably fair from the pictures) it is not at all recomendable. We don't know anything about breakfast, as we didn't use our room but left the place at once.

Review 20：reasonably good portier / staff, spoke good english, attempted to make us stay, but in vain, due to the lack of beach access @ the hotel and room standards.

Review 21：The Apartment was spacious and in a quiet part of the hotel. Breakfast was totally satisfying. Our kids are 13, 12 and 2 and we spent a lot of time outdoors. The town is clean and the beach is right across the street. The hotel staff is fine. We extended for one night. There was a huge group of teenagers and the hotel had very well managed that they had breakfast before the other guests and did not bother.

Review 22：Beach is dirty, you can find tampon napkins anywhere instead of fishes :) But city around is worth to visit, so it OK for active holiday, not for beach. Croatia is much nicer place cheaper for relaxing holiday.
