Review 1：customer care in hotel's restaurant was poor. Staff at reception was not friendly.They forced us to check out at 7 AM. Actual check out time was 8 PM as per your voucher Dealings at Travel Desk was not fare.

Review 2：Lack of infrastructure for moderate living in the room & poor cleanliness although rental is not moderate. The owners of the hotel need to pay lot of attention to refurbish the hotel, rooms and in-the-room facilities.

Review 4：No internet in the room. Internet at the reception is very slow. Air conditioner was very loud. They tried too charge us 300 rupees more than what we originally booked out for online.

Review 8：2nd floor rooms are better than the 1st floor rooms. Last moment they told that they won't accept creditcard.it was very difficult to arrenge cash in the morning 7 am

Review 10：Credit Card machine doesn't work. Stains on bed sheet, towels and pillows. Door mat is always sandy. No wifi. Asks for advance payment, even though it is mentioned in bookings.com that no advance is required. But I had to argue with them to finally consider my plea as an exception.

Review 11：Everyone was genuinely helpful. They really tried to help to the best possible way as possible, be it room service, house keeping, front officer, admin or travel desk. Really haven't seen this kind of dedication for a long time. Importance is given on customer Feedback.Even offered me additional discount when I requested for an extra day's stay. Proactive and updated on my visit regularly.

Review 12：here room package with breakfast and diner is not will. Because as i found Rs.150 rate is bar for breakfast and Rs. 200 rate bar for diner for room. this rate is not for a person. If you are two person in the room but you get breakfast for Rs.150 only and diner for Rs. 200 only . So I tell you do not book your room here with breakfast and diner.

Review 13：I am asking for another day but they did not give it in the 1st attempt,bucause my train time was 10.30pm and check out time was 8.00 am.And theroom was blank though after a long discussion they will give me theroom. And One Horrible incedent is happening to me that is during thetime of chilka tour we book the boat in 3 hour and we travel through theboat 2 hour and the boat man force our team to get down the boat in thebank of the chilka Lake . This incedent is happening when we returningfrom mohona .I oppose it and even I talk to the organaizar but all arein vain .why the boat man do like that ? They should release our teamfrom where we get the boad . why they will do I cant under satnd. Even Ireturn to HOtel I also compain it to the travel Owner. I think thatshould not be happened to any body.

Review 17：First of all what ever info was given in booking was wrong. like there is no parking you need to park on road in front of hotel. No complimentary breakfast, looking at the room rent I think that is high. Also I was asked for payment at the time of check-in as if guests run away. this is not expected from that group especially.

Review 19：The room rates comparitively were slightly more compared to other near by hotels we explored after reaching there. The rooms were smelling pungent all the time because of poor ventilation. There were bedbugs in the bed. Stayers please be careful of that. Also i was very disappointed regarding the checkout timming. After informing the staff while booking the hotel that checkout will be at 10 am which they told was ok with no extra charge still on the day of checkout the reception asked is to leave by 8 am , there usual checkou time.

Review 20：Location of the hotel is very near to sea beach. The jagannath mandir is also pretty close. The hotel gets the location advantage.

Review 21：Only got internet for one day out of five. When I arrived the hotel tried to say my booking had a mistake and they could give me a good deal for the room. Only when I offered to call bookings.com did I get the room I booked. I tried the restaurant on the first day where the food was poor quality. I don't speak Bengali however it was obvious that the restaurant staff were making jokes at my expense.

Review 23：In spite of clearly written in printed terms,no pre-payment or advance deposit is needed but some of staffs often pressed me to make advance payment even told that only one room will be provided instead of my booking of two rooms. Early morning , some one pressing me to make payment immdly but I was strict to my stand that all payment to be made before check-out only through Credit card.After all they accepted, which I felt insulting to a client. That is not fair.

I specially liked the cooperation of the manager, who went out of the way to help us in getting our baby food cooked in the kitchen for 5 days (which we found very difficult to get it done in other hotels in Puri earlier). Review 53：We were looking for a hotel which was near the beach as well as not so noisy from the main traffic. The location is prity good. The support from the reception was really appreciable. We wanted travel desk, which was also readily available and with a good service. We found many travel guys outside hotel, but we didnt took risk of exploring others, as this was the hotels travel desk. Food at the hotel was also tasty. Being a non vegetarial, we tried food and was satisfied with the quality (for having non veg food there are many other options available just outside the hotel).

Review 55：Hotel is situated in good location. Food is terrific. Rooms are clean and tiedy. staff are good and well behaved. And we should not expect too much from cleaning staff. The view from teracce is just amazing. We sat in the evening for tea and Samosas and had a great time. Rooms service was also up to mark. Good Pushpa. Keep it up. Will surely come again.

Review 56：Filthy smell inside the room. Not even a dustbin provided in the room.Someone who vacated before, had thrown left over of Grapes stems and wasthrown in to the toilet.It is not 24 hrs check in. Bed was not cleaned. Stains on bed sheets. There was stinking smell in the towels.

Review 65：The rooms are dingy and small. Three hotel boys had queued up for tips while I was checking out, out of which only one had helped me with my baggage. To add to that, the guy with a bigger face had the odacity to ask tips for the gate-keeper. I was journey'n back and wanted to have better tastes, thus paid tips to all 4 of them, whereas I should have paid it only to the one who helped me with my luggage.
