Reviews for Albergo Smeraldo

Review 1:The hotel's not so expensive, decoration's not super but the staff is very friendly and they try to help you in any way possible. Overall, you get to have a roof over your head and a shower, plus an average breakfast for a convenient price.

Review 2:I felt a bit uneasy. No breakfast. The price isnt high, but for such price i had better location, more confort and a breakfast elsewhere.

Review 3:Internet worked fine.

Review 4:should came included at the price a simple coffe and bread in the morning. (they ofered, but to pay extra,). the town is a pass over place in the way to La Spezia for who comes from Pisa or Lucca. but was nice to stop at the first corner and have a cafe con latte com bomba (a type of sweet bread with cream in side).

Review 5:just on the road, easy to find and to park, nice front desk attendent, nice roon (was 30 meters appart, but was exelent to rest).

Review 11:good service, hotel location is very convinient to find, good wi-fi

Review 12:nice place, nice staff, unfortunately no english language is used thee, so have some problems to understand each other. breakfast is not included.

Review 13:Friendly staff. Good breakfast for just EUR 2,50. Close to Cinque Terre. Not expensive.

Review 14:Location

Review 15:The room was very basic and hot. The hotel was rather isolated when it came to somewhere to eat you had to drive quite a long way.

Review 16:The host was helpful. There were good beaches nearby.

Review 17:Our room had no aircon or fan of any sort. The toilet didn't work and the shower was over the toilet. We didn't use it as water would have went all over the bathroom. Everything was old and outdated. This hotel was a last resort for us but I think I would rather save the money (definently overpriced)and sleep in the car.

Review 18:This place was terrible! The photos are nothing like the actual place. Only good thing was the breakfast buffet, surprisingly, we were ready for the worst after the experience we had.

Review 19:Was lead to believe that this hotel was in the small village of Castelnuovo Magra but it was actually about 10 to 15 minutes from there by car. It was in Molicciara and on the mail road

Review 20:The neighborhood was noisy at the night (traffic)

Review 21:The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely - suitable hotel for travellers with car.

Review 22:location at very noisy and busy street - in a night hard to sleep; in a day because of the traffic going anywhere by car is also not easy, despite of physical proximity

Review 23:very kind and helpful staff despite of language barrier, spacious, comfortable room, good breakfast, value for money, proximity of attractions like 5 Terre, Lerici etc.

Review 24:We had a double room with a private bathroom. However, the shower wasonly mounted on the wall and if you took the shower, the water splashall around including the toilet... Not very comfortable.

Review 25:The position is quite comfortable for visiting both sandy beaches inTuscany and rocky cliffs in 5 Terre. In the hotel they have quite a lotof informative brochures etc... The value for money is ok comparing toother places in the area.

Review 26:Placed in a national road, with some noisy traffic

Review 27:Wifi, disponibility of late time arrival, buffet breakfast.

Review 28:Only italien speaking personal.

Review 29:It's perfekt for people, travelling with a car. Very friendly personal. Cleany rooms. Very good breakfast.

Review 30:very good for one night stopover

Review 31:quiet location, free parking , spacious room , flawless wifi

Review 32:uncomfortable for pedestrians

Review 33:by car you could easily move everywhere

Review 34:accoglienza, posizione
