Review 1：There were a few times that the children seemed to be a bother to some of the staff, but that wouldn't deter me from bringing them back again

Review 2：Everything about Capri Palace Hotel is impeccable. The staff is amazing and friendly. The location is quaint yet has everything you can want, from shopping to dining to attractions (the chairlift is right by the entrance to the hotel). The view from our room was fantastic (205) and the attention to detail with every aspect from design, layout, and decor was stunning. The breakfast buffet was delicious with everything you can imagine (you have got to try the green apple juice!) and the beauty farm was tranquil with great services and amenities. The drivers were impeccable for all of our outings (note: you must be used to Italian driving in order to appreciate the precision and speed these guys are able to carry on with). The pool was beautiful mosaic style - all the architecture and design is on point...I cannot rave about this place enough.

Review 3：Sophisticated, elegant, luxury resort style hotel. Large rooms, exceptional quality bed linen and understated decor. Fantastic views either hill or sea. Staff cannot do enough to help you will be pampered. Restaurants L'Olivio and Il Riccio exceptional in everyway. An oasis in the centre of a bustling town centre.

Review 4：The gym is very small and uncomfortable for this kind of a hotel. Had no chance of a workout, because it was always full.

Review 7：We arrived by boat to the Marina Grande and were promptly met by a helpful gentleman that handled our luggage and made sure we were safely directed to the waiting van to transport us to the hotel.' Greeted warmly by front desk staff. Having arrived ewrly we had a livmey bottle of Rose under the awnings by the outdoor restaurant, Room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Most wonderful breakfast. Fresh fruits, eggs to order were offered, fantastic sliced on site Itailan meats, and delicious pastries. We were so disappointed to only be able to stay ine night since the hotels was sold out and we were late in booking. Next time we will book far in advance and stay much longer.

Review 8：Our room had neither a balcony nor a terrace. Despite fresh lick of paint the room and appliances appeared very 70s in feeling. The pool used chlorine in heavy doses. Worst was probably loud TV broadcast of basketball game ion a Saturday night in bar area destroying the atmosphere. Concierge did not inform our next hotel about pick up times. We waited for an hour in the simmering heat.

Review 10：Classic room desperately needs updating, especially the bathroom. For the price, it was very disappointing - no view at all, and poorly located within the hotel. Common areas are beautiful but the room did not meet expectations.

Review 13：I took my girlfriend for her birthday. The room with a private pool was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. We have already rebooked for September. I got my money's worth but if you are looking for a budget vacation stay away. This property is eywateringly expensive.

We were tired and hungry after a long journey but because of the wedding we were initially told that we couldn't have anything to eat or drink! Eventually we were served a sandwich by the pool. The wedding also created lots of noise and the hotel didn't have the tranquil ambiance we were expecting.Shuttle bus not always available so we had to use taxis some of the time.
