Review 1：The bathroom was clean and functional. The installations were slightly dated though. Not a big issue. A sauna and gym would be welcome.

Review 2：Our room offered a splendid view both on the sea and the village. Thanks to the absence of any roads on the seaside it was also peacefully quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Three excellent restaurants. Rooms and public areas seem to have had a beneficial refurbishment since our previous visit

Review 21：the bathroom is outdated (unacceptable if you're charging eur 250 per night), the room is small and a bit dark. the breakfast is a complete chaos (we had several hairs on our food) and sat in between dirty plates/glasses which the staff put on small table right in front of us (and other guests). the breakfast felt like a 2 star hotel.

Review 23：Our dog was not allowed in the swimming pool area or on the beach. In temperatures exceeding 35 degrees, we found this extremely frustrating as he is fully trained and very well behaved and would not have caused a disturbance to anyone. With a serious lack of parks/shady areas in the town, we were forced to watch people enjoy themselves in the water while our dog had his paws burnt by exceedingly hot tarmac. For this reason alone, we will not consider this hotel again as a future destination.

A lot of steps down to a very pebbly beach (usual on this coast) with full life-guard service (mostly to help you climb up the steep pebbles from the sea!!) Loungers, bar, waiter service & beachside place to eat. Same higher up around pool-side. Beautiful views & old town to walk in & eat. Easy parking.

Review 33：The location was the first impact..The hotel is tucked away in the corner of the beautiful sea town-Camogli. As soon as you enter and walk through- you are surrounded by picturesque views. From the lounge chairs or an aperativo outside you can shake off any unwanted stress. The resturaunt where breakfast is served, has large glass windows which make you feel like you are on the water. If you have a family and wish to kick the ball around or grab an icecream you can take a stroll in the town. Very clean, accomodating, and 2 minutes fr the train station. Highly recommended!

Review 34：When air conditioning is advertised on both Booking.com and in booklet in room, it should work. Complaint was met with "We are still heating the property and the air conditioning is therefore not available". We found the premises too hot for our liking!

We spoke to 4 staff members trying to find a couple of towels, and each of them sent us to go find someone else. In the end, one of them brought us ONE towel, but couldn't find another, so "too bad." Staff at the front desk were super unfriendly, unless you were Italian. Our room was ridiculously tiny with a slanted, low ceiling, so it was a little claustrophobic. The shower drain was clogged (and would have been noticeable had the cleaning staff actually cleaned the shower). Overall, not at all impressed, but even less impressed given the price.

The Hotel is breathtaking from the pool to the gardens ,it is just perfect. The views are exceptional as to the service from the staff.The room we had was small but the balcony added to the space. The breakfast was great but more so the room that it is served in which has the most amazing views of the beautiful fishing village. Highly recommend this hotel ,just wished we could have stayed longer. Hope one day to return .

The balcony was a brick hole and the room was filled with the stinking from the kitchen. The breakfast was not better than any other place, they just had a few more cakes and silver spoons. Who needs that? They should be ashamed due to the price! I didn't recognize any of the pictures from the web. I will never return, never.
