Review 1：It's located well away from the main Kuta area, which might be a positive thing for some travellers. It's not the most beautiful beachfront. The on site spa doesn't have many services and is too highly priced.

Review 2：Typical Kuta resort, but away from the main strip and *very* close to the airport, right on the beach. Fairly good facilities, decent wifi across the grounds, two pools, two tennis courts. Great buffet breakfast. Staff are friendly and I felt well looked after.

Review 7：My partner & I stayed here for 2 nights en route from Australia to Kuala Lumpur. We picked it because it was right next door to the airport, so no wasting time getting to the resort. We were picked up from the airport at 9.45 pm so it was very dark when we arrived. What an absolute delight to wake at 5.30 am & go for a beach walk watching the whole place start to come to life & the wild life waking up. The beach cleaners & gardeners were all out in force. We were so pleased that we had chosen such a lovely resort with beautiful gardens & pool right on the beach. Very friendly welcoming staff. Good food. Great décor & being serenaded with local music at breakfast was a treat. Great to see the planes flying in & out & surprisingly quiet. The Deluxe room suite was very comfortable and really good value £89 for a 2 night stay including breakfast, which was buffet style with food choices from around the world. We stayed in Building 11 room 462 nice & quiet. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. Wonderful sitting on the beach at the pool bar to watch the sunset. The Spa offers good value. I had a 1 hr full body massage, 1 hr reflexology, a manicure & pedicure all for £80 the staff are brilliant nothing is too much trouble & I received extra leg massage the next day in my room as I had some ankle swelling and the gentleman from the spa brought me some local herbal remedy. We loved it & would definitely stay again.

Review 12：Noisy rooms (neighbours, works, workmen not very discrete). Very poor knowledge of english, even at the reception they don't know the difference between "valid" or "invalid" when it comes to enter a pin for a credit card. Also - perhaps its too much asked - but they don't know how to open a bottle of champagne and spilled half of it on the floor. The only thing you get was a "sorry". But at the price for a bottle (for a special occasion), a sorry is not enough. (After i complained they took off 20% of the price).

Review 23：Didn't like the first room with bath. Flood occurred every time we took shower. Bad small inside the bathroom especially after raining. The room we changed to was ok. A night staff at the reception was very much unfriendly and his poor English took us soooooooo long to check in.

Need some soft steamed veggies or eggs on toast/baked beans as an option on kids menu. We walked up the shortcut past envy restaurant at holiday inn onto main road to get blue meter taxi. Only hotel taxi allowed into hotel and I hate bartering. Often quicker to walk along beach to Kuta. Takes 20 mins to get to Hard Rock Cafe even with 2 small kids in stroller.

Review 26：Huge venue, big rooms, great with kids. Fab pool and swim up bar. Has a big kids club. Free port a cot. Kids club free for ages 3 and over. Breakfasts were excellent. Right on clean and quiet beach. Perfect if you want to get away from noisy Kuta but want beach life.

Review 45：We booked online a delux standard room , on arrival was upgraded to a delux suite which was nice . Due to cancelled flights with the ash cloud we wanted to stay 1 more night . But was asked to pay and extra $80 USD or change your room to a delux standard room .that was fine to change rooms so we agreed . But then the staff said no sorry we can't help you , you have to go and book online . Then we said don't worry we will just go to another hotel . Why was it so hard to just stay 1 more night which turned out to be 2 nights . Very Bad for Business . And maybe lost a good customer who has stayed at Patra Jasa Many Times with Friends before . Ended up staying at Bintang Kuta Hotel Same thing happen booked online then had to stay 1 extra night .went to reception they said Yes of corse No Problem and same price 2 minutes Later all done . We paid 35 000 rupiah for a 500ml bottle of still water at the bar, which was absolutely ridiculous. We were only supplied with 500ml of drinking water per person per day.

Reception said that mycard had been declined I told them that there was a lot of money on itand please try again. They did so and it went through. It is veryfrustrating not being able to enjoy the experience as I want because ofmiscommunications with charges. I want to spend my money here and beable to eat and drink when I want without havig to go to reception everytime. My friend tried to convince me to leave as he was so frustratedwith the same issue. Luckily the last time I had to go to reception Terysorted everything out and I'm sincerely hoping this will be the lastof this issue

From airport you need to walk out the area with lots of drivers who want to charge you 5-7 times of taxi price (walk a couple of minutes), then you will see the "real" taxis zone. There are no signs in the airports and the service desk of taxi also only point you to those expensive ones. i do not know what is the point of having that "service desk" at the airport.

Its a huge hotel with hundreds of guests fighting for the ques for breakfast, and the breakfast was mostly cold. It was a very long walk to the hotel facilities from the room. Very close to the airport runway. And I mean very close. Noise was intrusive.

Review 124：The place was very quite but they managed to check some guests into the adjoining delux room . Unfortunately this was at 2am and there is a connecting door where the two rooms could potentially be linked. The people?? Chinese /other Asian language speaking who checked in next door repeatedly tried to enter my room via this door . As this was at 2am I woke to repeated rattling on doors to my room and concerned I called security via reception. The reception reassured me they had just checked the guests in and that they may have thought it was a part of their room. As the new neighbours were males who spoke at full volume ( not sure if alcohol induced?) and kept trying my door I got up, got dressed and waited for security. They didn't arrive so after more carry on and waiting 30minutes I called again. I was ata remote garden part of this resort and there were no other people staying in nearby rooms so I didn't feel comfortable going and knocking on their door at 2am. After further calls eventually security attended but I couldn't help think that with such a slow response time as a girl travelling alone I would not choose this again as I basically got very little sleep that night. Why they couldn't respond to my 1st call or even check people into a room without adjoins room if they checked in at 2am I'm not sure. But for other travellers in groups/without security issuesay be a good choice.
