Review 2：Fab location, friendly helpful staff, great food, (especially the breakfasts), spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, pleasant swimming pool, lovely grounds.

Review 3：A few things in the room didn't work. No biscuits with tea and coffee. Breakfast ok but sausages should be better. Room a little tired needs updating

Review 7：Everything. It may of been quite but thats november for you. Didnt get any names but the bar man and the gentleman who worked in the restaurant couldnt do enough for you. The hotel is lucky to have them working for them. This was the first tume in a long time where i was able to go away and relax. The staff the food the service was perfect. The weather was terrible but we wont worry sbout that.

Review 10：Our room was very old fashioned and freezing cold. The TV was broken. The shower was weak and made a sound like a tractor. There was nobody in reception at 7am when we wanted to pay and check out. The hotel phoned me later in the day sounding annoyed that I had left without paying!! I had booked the room for a second night but cancelled because it was so bad.

Unfortunately the fact They are so accommodating to their guests can actually be detrimental too because they'd done the same thing to people on the day I was checking and and it meant I had to wait in reception for over an hour because no room was ready for me

Review 23：Unfortunately some eejit triggered the fire alarms @ 07:30 on Saturday - and sleep is sacred to me. They had went out of their way to give us a quiet room - greatly respected. But it would have been nice of them to offer some compensation, even just verbal, for the irretrievable lost sleep. Not having been asked how our stay was when we left may have been related to that, or just down to the person at the desk. Also - not having "do not disturb" signs on the doors is inconvenient as you can get woken up ... again ... (trying to reclaim sleep from above). Everything else was truly excellent.

The sausages were raw and could not be eaten. Very disappointed and in the end i had to pay full price of €109 for one night as there was no manager around to speak to me. will not being going back

Review 36：The Hotel its self was fine and clean, a bit dated but the room had everything we needed.

Review 37：Hotel was absolutely freezing in both the hallways and dining room. All residents on the night were clumped into one small sector of the hotel. My room had a door leading into the next room where you could hear everything that went on all night despite the fact that there were maybe another 50 rooms vacant. All occupants on that night complained.

TV reception was very very poor, no sound on RTE 1 and reception on other channels very poor. Poor choice in channels. Booking .com said last five rooms before I booked. There was only six cars in car park over night. The heating was on and off like a yo yo all evening and off at night on a cold night in December.

Only negative is when you go to pool area it is freezing very run down needs a make over, Im sure its on the do list ,would return .

Route to pool inside hotel dark, dreary and freezing. Only went once as a result. No one there to provide towels etc Had to get hot water put on in hotel room if need to use after breakfast so shower early
