Review 1：there where 5 ! not correct topics- as p.t.promised in the ad- they use a photo of the apartment with an existing kitchen to use-our 1st: reason why we choosed the place-but on spot they declared it as a fake to get customers as B&B-Standard-2nd: the shutters broke-they promised to repair it within shortest time-in fact thy arrested it at the half size height window, so that use of the terrace-seaview was inhibited-arrogant handlig,- they refused to refund the missing/ wrong advertised/ not to our convenience repaired shutters 3rd: all terrace cushions outside and inside where totally useless wet-they refused to accept or handle that 4th: clean!!! means something different... 5th: promised meeting to discuss on spot problems where outstanding... absolute arrogant handling to our convenience and behavior and our wish of € 20 refund to compensate the non/wrong/false/an unacceptable handling of the missing- no even an excuse!

Review 3：It took a long time to get help from staff as they were busy in their cafe, but when they did help they were very helpful.
Review 4：I liked the private balcony. I would only stay again in this room as the others had a corridor type balcony which I would not have liked.
Review 5：Three smart, young brothers got together and have been running this lovely B&B for 10 years. Fabrizio and Paolo are very friendly and helpful. The website directions made the place very easy to find. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a table just outside for sipping wine and watching the sun set. A very romantic spot!
Review 6：It's not easy to reach there, you need to take a taxi or a yellow mini bus (5~6 km from the ferry harbour). Try to arrange your time perfectly, since I remembered that the 20:00 ferry is the last to Capri, and the mini bus is only 10 min after its arrival.
Review 7：Our room is the best of the B&B, which has a big private terrace facing the limitless sea and sky. Since the hotel is not on the main road, it's quite and comfortable.
Review 8：The road to the hotel, like all the roads in Capri, is very tight and you have to be very carefull at cars.
Review 9：The hotel was very clean, quiet, smart. It has books in Italian, English and German. Also, you can relax on the armchairs outside. It's close to the center.

Review 12：I've never written a bad review about accommodation before but when you are paying £100 a night for a room which doesn't even have hot water for the shower or a working fridge it is hard not to feel totally ripped off! In addtion the breakfast was tiny - just a croissant and a coffee.

Review 27：We were charged as a prepaid room in our credit card even thoughbooking.com said we will pay at the property. We stayed at 3 otherhotels and were not charged in advance. I would have preferred to paycash at the B&B.
Review 28：Location is perfect close to Bus stop. Most attractions are mainly inAna Capri: la Grota Azurra, el Faro, Monte Solaro and others. For us asa couple was fine we stayed at a double room no view for two nights. Atthis B&B you won't have a 24 hour reception service so I guessyou need to plan with Fabrizio your arrival time. Our bed was notcomfortable comparing to other hotels we stayed at but it was good valuefor the money.
Review 29：Perfect location with short walk to town-center and the bus for Grotto Azzurra right outside the B&B. Good value for money and the breakfast at the nearby restaurant was fine. Very friendly and helpful person met us on arrival.

The hub of the town is linked to the hotel, a friendly cafe near the bus station. Very pleasant and ood location, highly recommended. Mostly lovely people that gave us a good insight into the local culture.
