Review 19：The rooftop jacuzzi was not working because they decided not to heat it, but they dont make this clear in their advertising. They are not particularly helpful or friendly about anything, although we are fluent Italian speakers. Breakfast is quite poor and not varied: I had also asked for soya milk in advance, and they refused to provide it.

Review 20：Il Portico is is a great location, close to the Port and to the main square. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are simple and functional. It might be a good in comparison to the other options on the Island, especially if you only have one or two days.
