Review 1：The breakfest was excellent.Very nice pool and whirlpool with great view. The room was sunny(not seaside), spaciou and very clean. Huge spa area. Perfect spa hotel in fall or spring.

Review 2：Good value for money in this time of year,close to many points of interest(vineyards,small towns in sw Istria etc.) would come again and recommend to friends.

Review 3：After my check out, they wrongly charged me 11 euros for minibar consumption. Once realized that, I contacted them to reverse it. The matter was promptly fixed but that was really bothersome.

Review 4：The hotel is great, really a 5 star hotel. Excellent staff, professional and helpful, room decoration and confort are great too. Spa open till 10pm and private beach. Amazing location and excellent breakfast. The best hotel I've stayed in Istria.

Review 5：Shower utensils were not renewed. TV in the bathroom and light in the wardrobe were not working. Temperature in the hotel was to hot on the last day - 27 degree Celsius and even warmer in the lift.

Review 6：Small interior pool. Breakfast place to small, we needed to wait for table. There was also not enough food at breakfast. Coffee at hotel bar is to expensive.

Review 8：I think there are very few negative things to say about the Hotel. Maybe the location, which is rather far off any larger city. The croatian city closest by is pretty small and not that pleasant. You could, however, visit the city of Lucia (Slovenia), which has a lot of restaurants and a nice beach side. One other small downside is the walk down to the Hotel's beach (~200meters).

Review 9：WiFi: absolutely top reception in the rooms and almost everywhere in the hotel. Slightly worse reception in the pool area, but worked quite reliably. ROOM: A super cool gadget is the possibility to connect your audio-player through a 3.5mm jack connector to the sound-system in the room and for example enjoy internet radio. The sound-system in the room is from Bang&Olufsen + Bose and has pretty decent quality! Additional positive point is the bathroom in the room. It is very spacious with separated rain shower and bath with build-in TV. SAUNA: One of the big points of the Hotel is the Spa area. There are a lot of saunas, baths and relaxing areas, so that you can really have a pleasant stay over there. I have never experienced such a nice sauna area in a Hotel before! BREAKFAST: Absolutely top breakfast and worth all the five stars of the Hotel. The choice of beverages is huge and the quality of the used products is really good. DINNER: We enjoyed the Dinner in the internal restaurant located directly in the main building. We ordered soup, salad and a main course and topped it with couple of whine glasses. The quality of the food was really good. There is nothing to complain about, however maybe the price point, which is rather high for Croatia.

Review 25：Service in the lounge on our arrival was dreadful, we had to ask 3 or 4 times for someone to give us a menu and serve us, it took almost 45 minutes before someone took our order! No problems, after this service was great but first impressions really count in a place like this.

Review 29：Be warned that there is nothing to do here in the evenings. The fabulous Bang and Olufsen TV is wasted as there is only one English channel - the news, and despite an impressive DVD list in every room, the ones they actually have are mostly for 5 year olds. Also, we have been charged for parking a car which we didn't have and for drinks from the mini bar which we didn't take.

Review 36：The hotel made for me an upgrade of the room what it becames very soonto be an downgrade The room was with totaly see view(this was theupgrade) but very, very noisy from 6 in the morning until 2 in themidnight. The hotel doesn't have any rules for the clients who werevery late at the outside bars (which bars unfortunately are locatedexactly in front of my room and also to other many rooms) Anotherproblem was the beds on the beach (too less) because always 1 and a halfrows were booked with towels from 6 in the morning until 12 when thepeople came to the beach. For a service which is not extra charge is notpossible that somebody can book a bed on the beach and don't use itfor a long time and in the mean time other people which paid the samemoney for the hotel have to stay down on the rocks.

Breakfast was rich, tasty as you can expect in this type of hotel. We liked heated outside swimming pool since sea water is still cold in May and walking distance golf course.

Review 46：Location is not great unlike Rovinj where there is a village to walk to. Out on a point in a recent development with golf coast need by. Ok for an overnight stay but don’t spend a lot of time there unless you are a golfer.

Review 50：-you pay twice as in other 5* hotels, you expect more, and you gain less than you expected! -small deluxe rooms -low quality of wi-fi -small main outdoor pool, lack of another outdoor pool for adults if the main one is dominated by children jumping into it, and screaming, behaving dangerously and with no parental or guard control, -no life guard at the pools - terrible, smelly toilettes at the outdoor pool -little choice for breakfast, lack of natural oats, lack of green leaves little choice of vegetables, -sleeping in the morning impossible, because of children shouting at the corridors - in such "great" hotel there should be separate family areas / floors with the room only for families, so that if you travel for vacation and you need relaxation you get a quiet room. In Kempinski the family rooms are between the other rooms, so be prepared fr a rapid wake up at 7:30 while the children are taken for breakfast or play in the corridors or on the balconies -small gym -changing rooms are closed earlier than the internal pool and the gym -location - somewhere at the end - not exactly Savudrija - small, stony private beach Generally, we would not recommend this hotel to our friends. While we travel a lot around the world, we are aware that we can find other much better hotels in the same price which can meet guests' expectations. Here you pay twice only for the brand.

Review 102：What did we like - everything! and I would give them 6+ stars if I could. The staff is phenomenol and every comfort, no matter how small, is at your command. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the views remarkable and the Istrian Peninsula a joy to explore. The staff and menu at the beach front restaurant were knowlegable about Croatian cuisine and directed us to some out of this world fresh caught shrimp. I never imagined shrimp could taste so amazing. Try the Carolea Spa. The staff there is top notch and I enjoyed a massage and facial - both were incredible and every bit as good as any high priced spa I've been to. As far as value for the money, I would say that Kempinski is a bargain. I would come back to Kempinski and Croatia as a world wide favorite destination.

Review 116：Access to the beach is a little uncomfortable. You have to go out of the hotel. You have to walk 500 m, which for your way to the beach is fine, but when you come back rather than a walk it is a climb. For those who don't want to go to the beach, the swimming pool area though is fantastic.

The room was beautiful, very well designed and clean as well . My favourite was the Bang & Olufsen TV and mp3 set. Beautiful sounds...... The service was absolutely a five star service! Staff at the reception desk were trully nice and service minded. I would especially mentioned Marko from the desk, who was more than helpful, always in any case! Special thanks to Dino and Leonardo from the poolbar, they were the most friendly and politely waiters I've ever seen! Anyway, gorgeous hotel and staff, thanks to make us holiday luxury and tasty.! It was amazing!

Review 122：Nowhere is mentioned that hotel building is NOT directly at the beach. The beach is approx. 300m far away (between hotel and beach are private Kemp. villas), hotel photos make you feel that the hotel building is very close to beach, which is not. OK 300m is nothing :-), but I would not await from top quality hotel this kind of "mystifying".
