Review 1：Swimming pool is small than we expected...dont have window for smoking unless smoking room and the toilet always leaking...

Review 3：Initially placed in ground floor room right next to pool bar with non-stop pounding music. What were they thinking??!! I asked for another room and was given what you see in their web ad. But the corridors are vast hard tiled echo chambers, filled with kids playing, people talking loudly and trolleys rumbling. Worst of all was that they play 'elevator music' non-stop in the corridors and I could hear it obtrusively in my room. I asked for it to be stopped or turned down. They looked doubtful and said they'd have to talk to the manager. It took 24 hrs, but eventually they reduced the volume enough. The pool is not large and can be crowded. The single restaurant always seemed to be crowded at breakfast whether I went early or late.

Review 4：Room is spacious and very comfortable. Matches web pictures. Balcony is good, but overlooks nearby office block. They provided a free dinner on New Year's Eve, with Balinese dancers.

Review 5：The sheets and Quilt Cover was dirty and stained and when I asked them to change it I noticed they were worse than the original ones. The second set had blood on both the sheets and Quilt cover!

Review 14：The 1 bedroom suite was poor: Shower is a hose, and cant be used unless you hold onto it, poor water pressure, air conditioner didnt work in the lounge area, plastic plant in room and no sense of warmth in the room. Breakfast was limited, slow to replenish and was cold. Too far out...surrounding shops 'closed' and no restaurants close by. Raw BBQ meat received on their BBQ night...and poor value for money. Pool very small , only had 8 lounges which was always taken and only 2 umbrellas, so if you were lucky enough to get a lounge you are sitting in the hot sun.

The staff were very accommodating and attended to our the issue and moved us to absolutely fab room. which turned a disaster in to a very pleasent stay . Big thanks to all the staff. will stay there again great family rooms for the price.

Review 23：We stayed for 10 days so the breakfast became a little monotonous. No cheese or cereal available.Also we had room service and the next day the cleaning staff removed dirty plates from our room when they made up room and placed dirty plates in the corridor. When we arrived back to hotel that evening the plates was still there. The next day they moved it next to the lift. Eventually the day after it was gone but it took 3 days before it was removed from our floor!

The hotel is conveniently located near kuta beach and legian areas by only a few minutes drive. Some food places are also quite near the hotel and easy to get to the convenience store. The hotel had plenty parking places. Nice and quiet.

This is simply not a good place for families. The room was poorly ventilated and had an automatic air-freshener that flashed a bright green light throughout the night causing a restless sleep.

Pool area not suitable for kids as lounge chairs are squeezed against pool so no room for kids to play or splash around. Booked a family room main bedroom had 2 single beds pushed together so wife and I had to sleep separate or fall through the middle of bed. All the shops in the kuta square have gone into liquidation so nothing was open. Definitely do not recommend for family

Review 59：I wasn't happy with the service here. We had issues checking in and out of this hotel. During our stay they called our room quite a few times unnecessarily. When at the pool if you ordered drinks they refused to charge them to your room unless you went and paid a deposit on your room first, have stayed at many other places in Bali and this has never been the case. While we were there we saw on two separate occasion two young children cut their feet open on loose tiles on the pool floor. I could go on and on, but in short we were not happy at all

There was an anoying hindu temple music playing non stop on all areas and corridos and it was hard to sleep with it. Had to pay to up grade to get these rooms otherwise we would have to put a 4 and 7 year old in a room alone. We were not offered the upgrade for free. We did complain but nothing was done. Pool area no good as you can't get past the sun lounges at the side of the pool. Food and drinks from the hotel very expensive. Lots of other noisey guest kept us awake during the night.

Overall a well price and presented hotel in a practical location.

We had to leave early for the airport on our last day and the hotel arranged an airport shuttle and a breakfast box to take with us. Staff were all lovely. Review 137：My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night because we had to fly home early the next morning. The airport is less than 5min drive away from the hotel. They arranged a shuttle service for 50.000r. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm and the rooftop pool was open till 11 so of course we had a swim! Although the hotel is situated on a busy noisy street, our ground floor room was very quiet. Good wifi, very friendly staff, clean and comfy room.
