Review 1：Kingscliff is a fabulous holiday destination and Blue Waters is at the quiet end of the main drag, just around the corner from the beach and a short walk or drive to shops and restaurants. Blue Waters is reasonably priced and has all the comforts you need. The hosts are lovely and helpful. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday break.

Review 6：I booked here for my elderly parents. During the booking process I neglected to ask for a ground floor room. I sent a subsequent email and they were moved to a ground floor room. Great customer service.
Review 7：The staff at this motel are fantastic and very helpful. Rooms are spotless and you can park directly in front of your room. Beach is only 50m away and shops are only a 10 minute walk away. We will definitely be returning to this motel.
Review 8：Not a bad experience but bed was too hard. We stayed 2 nights. Did not require room service, beds changed or towels for 2nd night but still paid full price. I feel a discount should be offered in these situations.

Review 22：Due to a laundry problem bed was not made on arrival, (hosts did apologise) whilst smoking is not permitted in rooms, it is outside, the guest next door was a smoker and sat outside our room, it was very unpleasant and our room stank (perhaps smoking areas could be away from rooms) aThere was a cracked wine glass in the fridge the other dirty.

Our room was at the end of the verandah, wehad to pass guests to enter who had set themselves up quitte comfotbalyon the chairs outside, smoking, so when enter our unit smoke enters tooand smell lingers for as long as they were outside.
