Review 1：A bit of a hassle to request for extra towels in the room. The bathroom needs a good scrub n water pressure a bit low.

Review 9：Had a beautiful room to start with. It was poring with rain and it started to come through the window sill. Staff "upgraded" us to another room which was filthy and the bathroom smelt really bad and had hand prints all over shower tiles. The only time we could get wifi reception was in the bathroom. I know it is a hotel designed for kids but I think they need to invest in some kind of sound proofing. I was up at 6am every morning from kids running up and down hallways in both rooms. Bed was more comfortable in the previous room we had.

However my children loved every minute. Although there are free transfers to the airport they charged us extra for another car as we are a family of 5. One of the room was smelly and had black smudges on the bed side table and room's corners. I asked to be moved to a different room. It was better but still old gloomy room. I went to other budget hotel with similar price but the room was clean.Plus traffic jam around there so make sure use taxi with argo otherwise they will rip you off!

Review 81：ive stayed here quite a number of times in the past 10 yrs...i like the place..its grown on me...location is excellent...staff are always friendly and work well...i like the big open breezeways..and the big pool. no its not 5 star..but oddly enough i sleep very well there..ive had worse sleeps with overstuffed pillows and big soft 5 star beds...but that just me. i see negative comments about the wifi...ive never had a problem with it all...anywhere in the hotel its works just fine.!

Review 82：The best part would be the location of the hotel. Beachwalk Mall is literally at the doorstep and Kuta Beach is just across the road. The hotel also has a spa, which I was happy to spend 3 hours at. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. What really stands out about the hotel is that it has kid's facilities hence, perfect for family.

The pool table, although accessible in the common area at all times and a sign above it that says closes at 9pm, is closed without notice most nights. We found this quite annoying as it is the only other thing you can do apart from dine in the restaurant after dark.

Great reason to have back massages at the hotel spa which were superb, first class and not expensive at all. No drinking water was provided. Although it is very close to the beach, it is the most crowded section and so it didn't seem worth trekking from my room to the lobby and then round a winding road to the beach.

Review 136：-Rooms are very old, seems from 70's. -I would rate price of room max. 25USD/Euro they are so old, used and ugly. But then its clean and other services, but I would not go back, many other hotels to choose from. -No free airport pickup even though I chose this hotel for this fact, hotel wanted 150IDR, much cheaper just to take taxi. There is a free shuttle around area but have to wait ages between shuttles, in end can just walk. -Small old bath with standup shower inside, slipperly with cheap shower curtain. -Decor is ugly and old. But clean. -Shampoo/soap/shower flip flops for only 1 person. -This was even an upgrade since complained about no free airport pickup. -Location: even though this is center of Kuta, I chose only to stay here 1 night because I had flight next day, this area is not that nice or safe, recently many muggings/robberies in the lanes round about from people on scooters. Area just filled with drunk hooligans, who I guess the thieves target. -Location: area is super congested and you always get harassed/haggled by touts/sellers while walking in street. I was glad to spend my previous week in South Kuta hotel, much more beautiful area and beaches. Also a bit to the north, Seminyak is nicer. -I was shocked to see all the Western shops and bars e.g. Star Bucks and Guess in Kuta, same price as back home, what a rip off.
