Reviews for Augusta

Review 1:Giacomo and Lara could not be more helpful, more gracious, and more accommodating - really great people. Room was very clean and as advertised. Great location in Camogli!

Review 2:Bathroom needs to be a little bit renovated! But it wasn't a inconvenience.

Review 3:Very nice stay in Camogli! Friendly staff, perfect location, tasty breakfast! Next time also will stay in Augusta!

Review 4:Lara and Giacomo are friendly and hospitable hosts, offering invaluable local knowledge about where and how to travel, places to enjoy and cultural events. The breakfast room/reception makes one feel immediately welcome, and the short walk down the street from the train station makes it an ideal location. We will definitely stay again.

Review 5:no complains, maybe just the bed not best quality

Review 6:Gorgeous place! Hotel is with perfect location, a few steps to the port and promenade, close to the train station, to shops and restaurants, friendly staff, clean and cozy.

Review 7:Very basic rooms with serviceable but shabby furnishings. Not an 'Albergo' as such but number of rooms on first floor of tenanted block. Right on the main road - in March not a problem but in the summer season could be noisy with traffic

Review 8:Friendly helpful staff

Review 9:Everything fine

Review 10:Excellent stay close to everything: beach, train station in 5 min. Room to the street are nice. Even nearby passing trains with open windows aren't that bad :-) Good breakfast Nice staff.

Review 11:We stayed in Albergo Augusta in early july of 20014 – everything was great – such a nice family hotel. Perfect location – it’s much, much better than other hotels that stay close to the railway station. 3 minutes of walking to the beach, lots of small shops to buy food and other things. Service was perfect. The owners are so kind – always ready to help and give a couple of helpful advices. Breakfast was good – and, well, guys – be fair – if you need all inclusive with alcohol – go Turkey or Egypt. It’s Italy – and you receive very qualitative natural food surrounded by outstanding sea-village views – what else do you need? The room was comfortable, wooden floor, enough space, everything was working well. Be sure that Camogli is much more Italy-authentic than Santa Margherita, Rapallo and even Portofino. Great vacation! I we definitely advice you this hotel.

Review 24:Location

Review 25:Very hospitable I forgot my batteries charger and they are helping me to retrieve by sending it to my next stop on my trip! Near train station and impressive view if you walk at the top of the block! Postcard moment.

Review 26:Friendliness of the staff, as its family run this make it a pleasurable experience. Located close to the Camogli harbour, and the rooms are adeqautely sized and clean.

Review 27:hotel very basic, toilet seat broken, nothing in the hotel would make me go back. Not even near the normal 70 euro hotel I have been before, considering breakfast was not even included in the price, but what I sow antway was no good and inviting to eat

Review 28:Staff friendly
