Review 1：Apart from the receptionist and one barman, NOBODY spoke any other language other than German. Nt a problem if you speak German though.
Review 2：It was clean, in a great place, but I felt as though I was in Germany, not Italy.
Review 3：both pools are closed after 19:00!!! please, seriously, make it at least 21:00
