Review 1：Most of the staff was not friendly at all, which is a pity since otherwise the establishment is very up to standard. Moreover, the wifi signal was very weak.

Review 2：The apartment was spacious and very clean. The pool area was lovely and very quiet when we visited at the end of September. The location was very good, just 5-10 min walk from the centre. One may also rent a scooter from the hotel for €25.

Review 3：Unable to use pool in hottest part of day. Forced to listen to loud and terrible music at poolside. Not very relaxing! Lots of staff trying to encourage participation in group activities - this is not everyone's cup of tea!! Forced to wear caps in the pool. Beautiful setting spoiled by approach of the owners

Review 10：Any request to the hotel staff was properly and professionally considered and resolved. The reception staff was very polite and highly qualified (Valeria was especially helpful). The swim pool facilities including bar service were also perfect. Oh at +45C conditioning system in the hotel worked very well. Thank you.

Review 12：We spent 4 nights in Villagio Cala Luna and it was our best time on Sicily. The facilities are perfect for couples and for families. If you like to spend time by the pool, there are even two. You can leave your children with animators during the day or evening. Hotel is close to the centre (5 min walk), you can rent a scooter or bike to see the whole island which is absolutely beautiful.

Review 13：Friday night a Karaoke party at the central pool side makes big noise until 24:00. Even complete shutting of windows won't help. The location of the hotel is indicated in wrong way in official maps you can get at the Info booth so that you fail to find it until getting help from resident people, but they are minority among many tourists. Enjoy walking in 15 min from the port with your baggage or maybe longer time.

Review 19：It is definately not a hotel it is more of a village for familues travelling with kids. And surely not a 4 star hotel, breakfast was very poor though waiter there was very nice and kind. The pool area is small, we were sooo upset that we couldnt swim ie: 13:00 and 15:00 hours during peak hours of sun as it is prohibited. Another think we disliked is that you have to swim strictly with a swimming cap, which i find ridiculous. When asked why the answer was that it is a policy of the hotel and that every where in italy is the same which is not true because we were in other hotels in italy and swam in the pools freely! It is surely a kids and family residence not a hotel.

Review 32：Very loud at nights. It spoiled my relaxing vacations. Couldn't sleep even with ear-plugs 2 nights out of 4 I stayed because from 23:00 to 1:00 people very singing karaoke and shouting in the hotel court near the swimming and in the restaurant like crazy (well I know I'm in Italy, but I pay for the hotel to sleep when I want and not when hotel staff thinks I want). That's why next time when I decide to come for a relaxing weekend, I'll try to find a place, where staff respect peace of their guess. At least at nights. It is also stated at booking.com they have massage services.They don't.

Review 37：The whole complex was extremely nice and clean. Staff was helpful and evening entertainment especially for the young children was superb. We had a lovely ground floor apartment with ac in front of the pool. the hotel is walking distance from the centre and walking distance (about half hour) from lido burrone. Would definitely book there again.

Review 38：The hotel was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool area was brilliant with dancing and music at the poolside during the daytime. The hotel rooms were delightful and it was crisp, clean and sharp. The views were delightful and the hotel will pick you up and return you to the port if you ask them. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and I ate in the restaurant twice. The food was splendid! A brilliant hotel!!

Review 43：I did not like restaurant waiter because he was unfriendly and sarcastic. We come to the restaurant just for drink bottle of wine and I asked recommendation. First recommendation was the most expensive wine. It is not polite to offer it as recommended wine. Then we choose by ourselves one Nero D´avola which was really good. Next day when we checked out from hotel and start to pay our bill, then we saw that waiter has added "coperto" to our invoice. But regullary "coperto" in Italy is only when you eat something. This service fee was quite high. It was 3€ per person (it adds to our wine bottle price 6€).

Review 44：This was very nice hotel with good location just 2 minute walk from the center of Favignana. Most stuff (except waiter in hotel restaurant) was friendly and nice. Room was with very nice design and it was very beautiful. Hotel pool was good but I did not understand why it is closed on the hottest time of the day (from 12 to 14.30)?

Review 45：We stayed in this resort as a couple with a 3 year old kid in September 2012 and absolutely loved it! Notice to travelers looking for a quiet and romantic place - this is NOT the right hotel for you, there will be loads of kids + animators + loud music during the day, so pay attention and don't complain afterwards :) This hotel was in a great location, 10 min walk to town and the shops. The suite we had was very cute, clean and had a kitchen with everything we needed to cook daily.Bikes and moped can be rented directly at the reception in order to reach the beaches. We had a view of the amazing pool too and the bedroom was facing the quite side so we could sleep well. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating as well, everything we asked for was provided for. The lifeguard at the pool was very attentive and professional, looked very well after our kid! Great and relaxing stay overall. We will definitely consider coming back here next year.

Review 46：At the pool they played very loud music all day. this was vvery disturbing. The preference was to go to the beach instead of staying at the pool. the pool was also closed during 1 pm until 3 pm every day. This also was very disturbing. We were travelling together with a couple with children and did not have the possibility to go to the beach. It was unpleasant not to be able to swim when we wanted.

Review 49：What an awsome hotel, it is newly built. Ligh, spacious rooms equipped with a kitchenette and huge bathroom. The hotel itslef is very vibey, with a dj at the pool all day playing local and worldly music. The resturant seems to be one of the best in town since I as a guest couldn't seem to get a table unless I had booked. I did have a look through the menu which was pricey but looked really good.

Not relaxing for the more maturevisitor! The pool closed between 1 and 3 pm each day for sleep time soit was not possible to use it during this time!
