Review 2：Second visit just as good as the first, this is a superbly run hotel. Stayed for longer this time which allowed us to explore the valley, well worth it.

Review 7：The room was a bit outdated and the location wasn't exactly what I expected by the picture of the front of the hotel (but that's my bad, I should have checked it better.)

Review 8：Staff was extremely nice, they gave me complimentary mineral water and a lift to the spa. The view was fabulous from the large balcony that belonged to my room. And I loved the breakfast.

Review 9：anglepoise light on the shelf behind bed headboard fell onto my face : it was a heavy base lamp causing injury to me.Clearly it was dangerous I reported the accident to the proprietors ; maybe they repositioned or removed them afterwards .

Review 11：Superb staff, facilities and food made this a great stopover on the way home. Which was a pity as the region has so much to offer and a longer stay would have been good. A return visit is on the agenda. Thoroughly recommended.

Review 12：The hotel is in a perfect location- close to bus and train stops, so it is easily accessible if you do not have a car. The staff was phenominal-- incredibly friendly and helpful, and really made our stay more enjoyable. The view of the mountains from the hotel is also spectacular. A very beautiful place.
