Review 1：Friendly staff, clean and well equipped and newly renovated modern rooms, lock up bike storage (free) available, great location close to all facilities and right on the beach.
Review 2：Between hotel and beach is a very loud restaurant and club. The noise goes on until 4am!!!! Do NOT get a low level room.

Review 10：Night staff is incompetent. AC did not work in the room. The guy at reception said he set it to maximum but still no go. Finding parking nearby is difficult. The area seems pretty ghetto. No sound proofing. We could hear the late night party people from the street. Check out time is 9AM and latest you can extend to is 10:30AM.
Review 11：If you didn't use the spa then there weren't really any hotel facilities. Might as well have just been in an apartment. It would also have been nice for the bedroom to have been completely separate ie with a door.

Review 15：It was impossible to use the sauna and jacuzzi while we were there as it seemed the staff never turned them on to heat up. (Also there are no beach facilities in October, though many guests bathed). We had to turn off the ventilation as it was extremely noisy.

Review 17：We absolutely loved our stay here! The spacious apartments are newly renovated to a high standard with furniture and finishes worthy of a 5-star hotel. Our balcony overlooking the sea was a perfect place to enjoy the coastal views. Access to the spa on the roof with magnificent views added to the sense of quality. The reception staff are extremely welcoming and guests immediately feel at home. The Lido Resort is extremely well located right next to the beach with a supermarket just behind and the quaint town centre within easy walking distance. Lido Resort is also dog friendly! We'll definitely be making a return trip!

Review 19：Great location to explore Finale. Room was recently refurbished and had a lovely view of the bay. Very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. We will be back for sure.
Review 20：At the begining even though we´ve booked a room with seaview, according to the hotel staff a room that faces the mountain but you could see the sea from the corner of your window, that was seaview. Then fortunately they accepted and gave us a seaview appmt that was what we expected.

Review 33：Parking is a little complicated, since one needs to deposit keys. Getting and bringing car and garage gate keys is inconvenient since hotel is about 300m away. However staff was friendly enough and allowed me to have a set of keys and a fixed parking spot, so that car did not have to be moved all the time.
Review 34：Nice big studios with wonderful sea view. Quiet nights where you can only hear the waves, except on weekends when nightclub ends at 5am. Wi-Fi was strong and constant.
Review 35：We had "mountain view" rooms, and although on the fifth floor, there was a fair amount of traffic noise from the main road below, meaning the windows had to be shut at night. Sea view rooms probably do not have this issue. It's not a big deal, as there is aircon, and the superb location for the beach compensates for it.
Review 36：This was an apartment-hotel, with fully staffed reception desk and an all-facilities self-catering apartment, located just opposite its own private beach. The apartment easily slept four, with the children sleeping on the sofa bed in the dining/kitchen space. Everything was clean and modern, and the bathroom spacious. Air conditioning was useful so that the windows could be shut at night, keeping out traffic noise. While the apartment is very good for the beach, the old medieval village of Finalborgo (about 40 minutes' walk away) is an absolute must for stunning architecture and fine typical Ligurian cuisine. You'll probably want to spend more than one evening there! (You can catch a bus or a taxi there, and walk back after your meal.)
