Review 1：You have to pay 10 Euro for parking, parking area is very small. Otherwise you have to park the car on the street which of course does not cost anything.

Review 2：Wifi was hopeless had to continually reconnect as it kept dropping the signal. I would rather hotels didn't offer it rather than provide a lousy service

Review 5：I stayed here with my 22 year old daughter. Very professional staff, also friendly and helpful. We had a minor problem, not strictly the fault of the hotel, but they generously provided free lunch and a cocktail each to compensate. Quiet location, short walk to centre: like 3 mins. Delicious food. Beautiful spa with star studded ceiling in the steam room which was very relaxing. Very clean hotel. Bicycles available. I would definitely return.

Review 7：Personell is very kind and helpful. Beautiful view from high flor. Breakfast is good and the food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner is very tasty. The atmosphere is the room is pleasant and cosy.

Review 8：This gem was off the beaten path in Pietrasanta and it felt like we had arrived in an oasis. The food was delicious, the staff was more than helpful, and we intend to return during the summer when we will be able to use more of its facilities.

Review 9：They offer very high price for the beach (80 and 50 euro/ day) and for this price you can have umbrella very for from the water. There are a lot of beaches next to the hotel (we went to Sorriso), there for the price 25-30 euro you will have very good facilities.

Review 10：We liked everything. Good location, very friendly and helpfull personal, very good and tasty food in restaurant, perfect view from the 4, 5 floors on the sea or on the mountains. There are bicycles for rent and car parking. If you sort out the problem with the beach, this hotel is perfect! We are planing come back and recommend this hotel to our friends.

Spa was chargeable too and I high price per head! I have stated at far far nicer 3 stars in the area! How this is a 4 star is madness. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website people! Not a single picture is accurate. I will not be returning

Review 24：We got disapponted about the hotel service the first day we checked in. First of all it says on the site booking.com that the hotel posseses its own private beach which is only 100 meters away. In reception it turned out that there is no hotel`s own private beach but if we want we can use one of a neighbour`s hotel Primavera for 80 euros a day or another one located 1 km away for 100 euros a day!! It was an unpleasant surprise for us and we think that for those money we paid for 7 days the hotel could at least provide us a few days of free beach use instead of taking a big extra charge. As a result we went to a beach which were really close and the normal price was around 25 euros per day. Another thing that disappointed us was breakfast. It was a standard breakfast with no fruit choice (which is quite surprising for Toscana region in hot summer season), no fish or chicken choice as alternative to everyday`s pork slices to make a sandwich.We always had a lack of either some milk in the coffee machine, bread for sandviches or covers on the table. We had to call the stuff and say to them every time to bring please this or that. When I asked for an iron they got surprised and proposed their service instead. I think that for the hotel of 4 stars it`s a must the hotel has it if it cares about their customers` comfortable stay. However we liked that the hotel was clean and they were changing towels twice a day. That is why the next time we would prefer to stay in another hotel. Rgrds,

Review 25：The worst 4stars hotel what I ever been, (I go to 4stars and 5starshotels only) breakfast for 14 days the same, cold scramble eggs everyday, staff did not react for the suggestions, play guff, did not cleanup the tables on time outside, missing items on the breakfast by the endof the breakfast time, chlorine in the swimming pool out of control, mychildren and I has the skin problem (rash), the staff applied thechlorine in the middle of the day by bucket directly poor to the poolwhen people was swimming, the deck was very dirty, falling a part, roomvery small and they cheat the customers by good quality pictures on theyweb from the days when the hotel was new, this days the hotel needremodeling and good management, management (owner) is terrible and playguff when I talk to him about the problems concerning the safety of thehotel. Quality. The value for the money is 4 in the 10 degree scale,quality compare to the price is 3, staff (breakfast, dinner) is 1,safety around the hotel is 0 (will do not pass the safety inspection),clean 2 (except the rooms), the worst is the cheat of the size of theroom we pay for junior suite about 7000€ and we live for two weeks on30m2. Children sleeps on bank bed in the hallway by the entrance (didnot have separate room), I will definitely do not recommend the hotel toanyone who cares about quality. Attention cheaters !!!!

Review 28：The location was great - away from the hustle and bustle but only a stome's throw from the beach. The modern style of the hotel suited us and the staff were great - always with a good recommendation for dinner!

Review 29：We had a jacuzzi in our room instead of a normal shower. A little bit complicated to take a normal shower in the jacuzzi and there was water all over the floor after taking a shower. The idea of a jacuzzi is nice but not very practical. We missed cushions on the sunbeds by the pool. They were a little hard to lie on.

Review 30：We had a very nice stay. The staff is extremely friendly and we felt very welcome. The food is excellent. The hotel is very clean and it is located in an area which is very quiet. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach and 10 minutes by car to Forte Dei Marmi. The room is big, light and nice. You get value for money at this hotel.

Review 32：Everything, from the friendly service to the great accommodations. The location is perfect. Quiet and removed, yet just a few steps from the beach. Their beach club, Primavera, was wonderful.

Review 33：Reception of the hotel is not informative sometimes. They answer the questions, but do not tell more than you ask, although some details may be usefull for guests. For example activites that take place in Marina di Pietrasanta, transportation as not all of the guests have their own car.
