Review 1：Resort club rooms are beautiful & beds are so comfortable . Poolside cottages are in great location around pool & beds are so comfortable 2 beautiful deep pools always so clean

Review 2：The hotel could do with new towels and linens. They keep their worn towels and linens clean but they have to get some new stock in - soon! Pool towels were of a better quality at least.

Review 3：The location was great and the hotel still has an old Bali charm to it in the middle of the organised chaos that is Kuta. The place is a great getaway within walking distance of a great beach, great shopping locations and the best restaurants. The hotel also gives a good deal on a driver/taxi to hire for the day so you get to see the rest of Bali. Try all the restaurants at the hotel - the food is amazing! Great value for money!

Review 4：Air cond in Superior Rooms are not functional. Too hot.*we upgraded to deluxe room with additional $USD10. Deluxe room were ok but there were noise from the busy Street which for us it is negligible.

Review 10：1. The key card for each room is insufficient. Only 1 for each room whereby there are 2 or more occupants in a room. 2. Air con takes a long time to turn cold. (2hours in this case) 3. Only 1 power socket to use in a room. (Just in case you need to charge your phone, you probably have to charge one by one.)

Review 16：After a 3 week holiday around Bali, we were looking for somewhere to relax in the Kuta/Legian area for a couple of nights. After a disappointing night at our first choice hotel, we decided to try the Ramayana. Winner. As it was a last minute booking and we arrived in the morning we had to have twin beds but the room was great, the beds comfortable and we were right in the middle of Kuta. Very pleased with our choice, will stay there again

Rooms at the end of the corridor (near the stairway that leads to the garbage chute) can smell the rubbish in the hallway every tim outside the room. The smoking out of the garden to treat mosquitos is overwhelming. Minimal notice given for the smoking The smoke came up the back stair way and into the corridor and room.

Review 52：Quite a distance walk to the old wing of the hotel passing by stone statues in the garden. Place was dimly lit, can be quite eerie at night when we were walking back to our room. The Old wing itself was also not bright enough. Our room in the Old wing does not have lift. Got to climb up the stairs each time we go out or back to our room. Imagine the bell-hops have to carry guests' luggages each time they check-in or out.

Review 53：Good location. Within walking distance to Kuta Square, Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe, shopping malls. Kuta beach is just across the road. Staff very helpful, cheerful, always smiling and very polite. When I gave feedback on our room was hot and stuffy, they left an extra room card on the slot when we were out to keep our room cool. We were very pleased and touched. A little effort and thoughtfulness on their part makes our stay pleasant.

Review 54：Only Bedrooms are past their best time and not 4* worthy... And not clean (stains in sheets, cockroach in bathrooms, noisy old aircons, broken lightfittings etc. )

Stadium bar plays all sport if your a sports buff and the food is great. Buffet breakfast is great and loads of options. Have stayed at other places in Kuta but I love the Ramayana. We will definitely be back!!!

Review 70：The location in downtown Kuta is outstanding. Easy walking distance to everything and yet offers peaceful and quiet garden/pool area. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast offerings. Convenient bar and eating facilities.

Review 75：Stayed in four hotels in Bali and all were mold free except this one! All but one was on the water so that is not an excuse. Room had a really bad smell ? Towels were threadbare - very very old. Breakfast was marginal. Terrible service upon check in. I came with parents for our family vacation but I do not recommend this hotel!

Review 76：You could here the neighbours toilets flushing throughout the night and the shower would wet the toilet roll ... Techno music at the pool and smokers at the pool. You need to give a deposit of $50 that they hold on to and give back at the end however if you don't have $50 you have to give them 500000 rupiah which you get back just before heading to the airport ...

Review 77：Great location in the middle of everything and really clean compared to other places I've stayed in. White sheets were great and there is a DVD player in the room. Quite spacious rooms and I requested one that was by the road so I couldn't hear the traffic. A friend forgot and could hear the music and traffic from the street. There is a buffet breakfast included from 630 to 1030 which had American, Balinese and European options. 3 restaurants are attached to the hotel and a desserts place. The food was comparative go the rest of the area. When leaving at 5am for the airport they gave me a breakfast box which wasn't fancy but better than missing breakfast. Close to the airport it cost 35000 rupiah in a taxi from hotel to international airport. Great pool towels.

Review 82：Very noisy when eating breakfast from the passing traffic and lots of fumes from all of the cars and motorbikes. The hotel room was ok the bathroom needed updating. The balcony overlooked a group of airconditioners which were very noisy and the smell from the balcony was disgusting, you couldn't sit outside. We stayed in a Deluxe room interconnecting with a twin on Floor 6, room 730. Breakfast was not great, we've stayed at a few different hotels in Bali and this breakfast does not cater well for all nationalaties, they need to be consistent with the food, not just somedays they have a certain things. Have foods like pancakes, beans, hashbrowns everyday especially for people travelling with kids. Probably wouldn't stay again.

We humans were suffocating in the smoke but those pesty blood suckers were still around !!!! I adore the patio, just to sit n read a good book and coffee is a dream that didn't come through. it's really cozy but warfare starts. I was buffet to them. Sigh. Review 103：I really like the staff from all divisions. They were friendly, respectful and client orientated. It made me feel special. This is my 4th visit to Bali, each time I'm impressed by Bali's hospitality. Perhaps we should send our staff to your establishment to learn true attitude to service ... Despite being at a busy road junction, and having an open concept, I feel safe. Your security personnel are very alert. I have been stopped several times, I do appreciate they take their job seriously. My children have expressed they want to come back to Ramayana on their next school break. Thank you for being a big part in our holiday.

Review 112：The Ramayana is well situated in the heart of Kuta, close to shops and only a short walk to the beach. We thought that the Deluxe room was nicer than the Executive Deluxe room to which we were "upgraded". For us early to bed early to rise people, rooms in the south east corner of the main building were quieter, being away from the main road and bar, but close to a school. We preferred the smaller pool with the waterfall, which we usually had to ourselves.
