Review 1：I think the rooms need better soundproofing, because we could hear everything from the above rooms. That wouldn't be a problem if they respected the quiet hours.
Review 2：The staff were excellent, the room was spacy and comfortable and the location is very good. Is very close to the center of the town but not close enough to be noisy.
Review 3：This hotel without doubts could be called a diamond. The best value for money. We've taken a 2-storey room (for two persons) - the price is more than reasonable and the level of rooms is really not less than at 4-star hotels (as it was already said here more than once). High ceilings, two balconies, very cosy and distinctive, really comfortable. The view is marvellous. The hotel is located better than all the other in the city - it is close to the centre and at the same time it is very quiet. On the whole, Kalavrita in summer is wonderful, it is really worth visiting. The soul of the hotel is its manager George. He is highly professional and what is more, he is a very warm person, creating at the hotel very friendly and hospitable atmosphere. We've fell in love with Kalavrita and with this hotel and are going to return here again and again. В Калаврите принято отдыхать зимой - это горнолыжный курорт, но город оказался совершенно потрясающ летом. Не слишком жарко, даже в августе, много достопримечательностей, невероятно красиво, а толп нет вообще. Очень рекомендуем приехать в этот отель, похоже, что скоро он будет стоить гораздо дороже - уровень очень высокий, а цены на данный момент более чем демократичные. Отель - просто жемчужина! Review 5：There are many things to like about this hotel: spacious, well-designed rooms, an excellent location in the centre of town, and a delicious breakfast spread focused on local produce. Yet what makes this hotel stand apart is its manager, George. His warm demeanour made us feel immediately welcome. He provided us with excellent advice on what to do in the region, including hiking the rack and pinion railway. We also appreciated the time he took to chat to us. Our conversations were one of the highlights of our four weeks in the Peloponnese.

He takes a great deal of interest in his guests and nothing is too much trouble fof him to ensure their stay is enjoyable. His english is excellent. This hotel deserves a higher rating than 2 stars.
Review 8：Maybe more space (or more tables) for the breakfast area would be great. I'd like also some eggs (scrambled or omelet) to be added to breakfast. In general I liked everything!!

Review 11：A warm welcome from George sets the scene for great hospitality. Add a very pleasant breakfast of interesting and local produce. Well appointed rooms with good quality items plus WiFi that works. An easy stroll to an interesting village and access to one of the Great Small Train Rides you will ever have. George guided us to start our train ride downhill so we could also do some gorge walking to complement the train ride. Many other sights and sites around so a couple of nights may be well spent here
Review 12：This hotel has a great location on the edge of Kalavryta with fantastic mountain views. It is still only a five minute walk to the centre of town and the Railway Station. The town is very attractive with pedestrian areas and the manager will recommend excellent places to eat. The breakfast was superb and each unit has a fridge, sink, hotplate, and kettle. It is well equipped with plates cutlery etc. A supermarket is very close. The Rack and Pinion Railway journey to Diakofto is an obvious attraction but the town Museum is excellent. It was the original Primary school and the exhibiton tells us about the execution of 1200 men and boys by the occupying Germans and how the women and children locked in the burning school were allowed to escape. Very nearby are the monasteries of Agia Lavra and Mega Spileo, and an amazing church created inside a huge Plane tree at Plataniotissa. This hotel has two stars because it has no kitchen. This is due to be remedied next year and I would think it will then be classed as a three or four star.

Review 14：Pretty much everything. The hotel itself is beautiful. A nice view and very picturesque. The hotel manager is very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the main street and the kalavryta-diakapolo train station. There is a super market 100 meters away. The double rooms are large and good looking. A very spacious bathroom and a free cofee and tea. Breakfast is terrific!
Review 15：I had problems connecting to wifi in the room but had no problems when sat closer to reception - my husband connected without any trouble.
Review 16：The location is slightly outside the town but it is only a short walk in. There are wonderful views and we saw some fantastic sunsets. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice - it was buffet style but that suited us. There was local produce on offer so you are able to try and if you like go and buy. The manager was very friendly and when we had a problem with the hire car he was really helpful, talking to the breakdown company and arranging for us to quickly get the problem resolved. I would certainly recommend this the hotel and when we return to Kalavryta this is where we will be staying (if there is room).

Review 46：The hotel was situated in a very advantageous position for the railway station, being only three minutes walk away. It had wonderful views of the country side. Lovely rooms with a good bathroom and plenty of toiletries. Excellent breakfast with local cheeses, yoghurt and cold meats. George, the manager, was very welcoming and provided us with plenty of information on the Ares and where to eat which turned out to be an excellent choice.

Review 49：rubbish square hair dryer on wall. These are just a pet hate of mine as you could stand there all day trying to dry your hair. Would rather just have a normal one in room. I know they have the risk of getting stolen, but you get a wallet here with your remotes in, so they could do the same with hair dryer which you hand back when you leave.
