Review 1：I would have preferred the hair dryer in the bathroom to have been a little larger and easier to operate.

Review 3：There was an extra charge from some of the breakfast items. For the amount one is paying, you would expect a full free breakfast. Sometimes the Internet was slow and check out is early, 11am.

Review 4：The hotel is stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite with full panoramic views. The hotel is very well located with the bus stopping just in front of the hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Review 5：The AC in the room was noisy and not very effective when asked to warm the room. Most importantly, the sound proofing between Vesuvius suite and Tiberius suite was terrible with TV and conversation plus door buzzer for next door heard almost as if there was no room. My wife found glasses too limited and the towel supply too limited for the standard of hotel

Review 7：Even though they had a lift, there were still numerous stairs for my mobility impaired husband to cope with to get to breakfast and dinner. We had a 06:15 departure to get our flight from Naples and had live music being played on the balcony above us the night before until 23:39, which wasn't really ideal.

Review 8：The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were all extremely polite and attentive and couldn't do enough for us. We felt they genuinely cared and had great pride of their hotel and the island in general. Best breakfast choice we have had.

Review 9：The staff was in unhelpful the bathroom was so dirty like it was never cleaned the room was not worth the price paid everything was old and outdated they had all my bags delivered and everything and told me are room had a beautiful view the best view of priority gave me room number we went for lunch and came back to are stuff in a complete different room with hardly no view and when I told them it they tried to talk to me as if I was a child and refused to do anything about it the staff really was what maid my stay so bad oh also soon arrival I had paid 200 euro for transfer from the boat to the hotel no one was at port to get us as the told us they would be instead they was as if no assistance and told us to just take a cab they would pay for it but also still charged us the 200 euro for private transfer that was suppose to be in there bmw not a cab that I had to wait in long long lines for I just was so unhappy

Review 15：I think the hotel should seriously consider invest in their wifi/internet system. With the hotel's location, the phone signal is almost nonexistent, hotel's wifi is what we thought we could rely on. But since wifi' signal is also very poor, it was very frustrating.

Review 17：Whatever the Italian rules are about not having irons in rooms , the hotel staff could show more flexibility when it comes to pressing shirts upon arrival. Whose shirts don't wrinkle ? Many hotels we stayed at do provide a free pressing or simply lend an ironing board and iron for an hour. Simple stuff that can irritate when paying 50 euros for a dress and men's shirt when you don't perceive real value. Better help guests to create another smile rather than explain a pricing strategy or obtuse rule.

Review 18：We absolutely loved the hotel, the gardens and the entire experience was outstanding. One of the most beautiful places we ever stayed at. Loved the tranquil environment and views. Very friendly and helpful staff including the kindest concierge.

Review 25：Attitude of some staff required improvement. Went to exercise in the pool at 830am and am told it opens at 9 but its our pleasure to let you. When u pay £580 per night you expects 24/7 service - basically anything a guest wants There are stupid extras such as omelette for breakfast. Utterly ridiculous given the price. Gym is not a gym. Its three machines and a few free weights in a very very small space. Not a 5 star gym by far. Restaurant (for dinner) at the hotel is vastly overpriced. One prawn for 30 euros is just a turn off. The bathroom in our room needs renovations. The shower spills water everywhere in the room using up all towels to soak it up.

Careful attention to detail runs right through the hotel, from the personal tour on arrival to checking out, nothing is too much trouble. The pool is as beautiful as it looks in photos, with unspoilt views across the bay of Naples. Cocktails on the terrace at sunset are an absolute must.

Review 45：Capri is not for the cash strapped. It was difficult to eat a decent evening meal for less than €100 a head. It's great for a romantic break and if you like exploring the local shops but there is not much else to do.

Since the weather was too cold for that, they decided to serve the dinner on the standard dining room, along with the other guests.
