Review 1：The hotel is very quite at night and the garden was very pretty and well looked after. The location in the town was short walking distance to the parks, local attractions and facilities, ideal.
Review 2：Our only remark is about the linen,terry sheets on the beds, which were uncofmortable. Everything else was perfect!!!

Review 18：The guest was very hospitable with us. She tried to make us feel best and despite preparing the rooms for 2 couples because she understand so, changed them with other 2 rooms with separate beds evens if the hour was pretty late.

Review 20：Could do with a better hairdryer, but that is only a small matter. I'd bring a travel hairdryer if I was coming here again.
Review 21：The photo's of this Hotel on booking.com were very accurate. It is very picturesque! This is more like a guest house than hotel, as it has only 10 rooms, some in the main house, some are at the back of the beautiful garden. We chose one of these rooms, and I'd recommend them. Having said that I did not see the bedrooms in the main house, but the garden room, felt like your own "mini cottage". It was spotlessly clean! There was tea/coffee making facilities also. Small but lovely bathroom, shower was excellent. Staff friendly. I did not sample breakfast, as I was in the area to visit my son who is studying there, so went to his house for breakfast. If I am going over to visit him again, I would definitely stay here! Recommend it.

Review 26：After we made reservation we asked about the latest possible arriving time. We were informed that if we arrive before 9 p.m there will be no problems. We also can arrive after 9 p.m., however in this case we have to pay additional 10 €. There was a problem with the parking place. Nevertheless that we asked about a parking place several months before and several days before the day for which we made our reservation, we had a problem with the parking place, which was solved after discussion. We were informed with 2 e-mails that there are enough places. For our surprise we saw only two parking places, which were already occupied. Somehow, we managed to park inside the pansion just behind the door of the pansion. However, we had to wake up according to the time of travelling of other 2 guests, because the cars are arranged one after other and there is no other possibility to leave the area of pansion except to remove the cars one after other. We asked why we are in such situation. The simple explanation was that who arrives the first he obtains the parking places. Alternative was parking on the street in front of the pansion. This situation somehow spoiled our whole evening. I am not sure will we come again to this place as on the same street only 20-30 m away there are several other hotels with parking places.

Review 29：The breakfast room is pretty small and we had to wait around 15-20 minutes for a table to free up. It would have been nice to have chairs in front of the room, we would have been able to enjoy the garden more.

Review 33：My room had worn carpet and smelled like a combination of stale cigarette smoke and strong cleaners. I have a sensitive nose so this may not bother other travelers. The bedding was not very comfortable -- a scratchy bottom sheet and a small comforter. I used the comforters from both beds to avoid the bottom sheet.

They reserved at room at my next hotel and made several phone calls to help me navigate a day trip. The grounds are beautiful and the breakfast was great. There is a nice patio and the property is very quiet.

Rooms were cleaned every day and the gardens were brilliant. You could have breakfast out on the terrace as well. Looking forward to returning later on this year.

We had to ask a cleaner to get us a remote for the acwhich we were then charged 5 euros for - most other accommodation thatwe have used has included ac free of charge. There was no tea orcoffee making facilities in the room (although these were advertised).When we asked we were given a jug and some tea bags ...eventually.Dinner was at a local restaurant and was great but we needn't havebothered booking it.

Review 89：It was a bit tricky to get to the guesthouse and the fan in the bathroom tends to be quite loud and it doens't stop after turning off the light. But really small things, all in all, the experience was very positive.
Review 90：We've only spent a night at Fabian Panzio as we were transiting Hungary. The place is well situated in the center of Kecskemet, the guesthouse is nice, with a great internal garden. The rooms are clean and correct (and about to be renovated, btw). The staff is very nice and helpful! All in all, a very good experince.
