Review 1：lovely stuff, help us during our stay to get in the center, open the restaurant specially for us. really good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. beautiful hotel, view and rooms. great area and good transportation.

Review 2：Didn't like that at dinner we asked for the bill ,3 times and each time were told 'Si ,Si then told it was put on the account without authorisation.Still did not receive breakup of dinner bill next morning and found a ridiculous amount added to our accomadation amount. Wi -fi was a bit off.

Review 4：The staff were the best part of this B&B, super friendly and very helpful. Everyday we were treated with warm welcomes and friendly smiles. We had cappuccinos on several occasions and the owners would not accept payment and insist they were free, very kind. Dinner at the attached restaurant was also great and we were always given beautiful appetizers which were also not charged. The location is in a very beautiful setting, overlooking the fjord. The rooms are spacious and clean and there is a great courtyard with seating with equally great views. Breakfast was very nice and filling with a good selection of foods. The owner also drove us to the bus stop and helped us buy tickets on our last day to save us walking with our heavy backpacks. Great stay which we would defiantly recommend.

Review 5：Incredible views of the sea from our bed, across the balcony and the Gorge at Furore. We enjoyed an amazing thunder and lightning show on our first evening that surpassed anything we've ever seen before! The best part of our 2 night stay was the tranquillity, setting and the attentive and caring staff. Many thanks to Pino, Michela and the rest of the team for making our stay so memorable.

Review 10：Although we did like the jacuzzi in our room; it would have been useful if there also would have been an option to put the showerhead somewhere on the wall so it would be possible to take a shower without spilling huge amounts of water to the badroom floor.

Review 21：The location was a bit far from Amalfi but it was actually quite nice to get away from the business of the town to relax at the hotel. There's also a shuttle that takes you to town.

Review 22：We loved everything about Pino's bed and breakfast. It was by far our best stay during our 2 week trip down the Amalfi coast including Sicily. Pino and his family and staff were so very warm and gracious and helped us feel very welcomed. The breakfasts were amazingly good as was the food from the restaurant (the grilled fish was amazing I had it twice). The location while a bit far from town was very serene and the sea view was spectacular. I came with my mom and she said that her time at Fico D'India was the best of our month long vacation. We both really appreciated Pino's kindness and generosity. The room itself had beautiful Italian ceramic fixtures and was very comfortable. The views were also stunning from the actual hotel. Also the shuttle was nice that took you to Amalfi and to the Fidore beach or Pino's son who drove us to the beginning of the steps.

Review 28：Pino the owner and his brother Emilio were very helpful and kind. The breakfast and the dinner are very good and very fair price. The location of the hotel is 20 min from Amalfi and very convenient to take the bus from there to amalfi insted of looking for parking and pay 5 ero per hour.

It was delicious and by far the nicest dinner we had in our 4 night stay in the region. the rooms are clean and cosy, with a spectacular view over the sea. We will definitely be back! Grazie ancora!

Review 30：We stayed att Fico D'India for 4 nights amd we had a lovely stay! Our room had a balcony with a view of the ocean which was really beautiful. Pino helped us with what to do (recommended for hiking, boat trip to capri) and was really funny and nice - as the rest of the staff! We highly recommend this accomodation for anyone who wants to get away from the otherwise really tourist crowded amalfi coast! The staff and service was great and we really felt at home. We eat at the resturant 3 nights and loved the gnocci!!! The breakfast was super good!!!!!

Pino is a great host and his first response to any request even before you complete the sentence is "Si" :) The hotel is away from the busy crowds of Amalfi and conveniently located in the between Sorrento and Amalfi. The breakfast is to die for with those lovely croissants that they bake everyday and Mikela is a delight. Emilio does a great job in the restaurant and the choice of food is brilliant. All of this combined with the breathtaking views makes Fico D'India the best hotel that We stayed at during this visit to Italy.

Review 39：Pino makes the place alive; he is very welcoming yet discreet. We stayed here as a base for an Amalfi coast short stay. We ate at the restaurant here; quality was great so much so that had two evening meals for the two day stay. Excellent views from the balcony; good, secure parking on site was a plus on this busy coast road!

Review 41：We loved everything about it! This lovely little hotel is located in a fantastic setting and having on site car park is a plus. Breakfast was huge and varied, with delicious homemade cakes, ham, tomatoes, toasts... and proper coffee. We only had dinner there on our first night and it was delicious and reasonable priced. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, modern and pristine, and the view from our little balcony was amazing. The staff couldn't do enough to make us feel like home. Review 42：The mattress was a little hard but no worse than any where else we stayed on our 3 weeks in Italy. Perhaps this is what Italians like.

Review 46：One of the best places we have stayed at. I see a big advantage in hotel location - not in crowded Amalfi , but very close. In case You want drop off the car You can go to the town by bus which just few steps from the hotel. 15 minutes and opa-la You in the town.

Exceptionally friendly, helpful, always with a smile and an impish sense of humour. Pino served dinner each evening, which was a fish orientated menu, and always delicious.

The hotel is small and Pino and his staff delivered the epitome of personal service, nothing was too much trouble for Pino! We ate in every night and loved our dinners The road up to Furore was winding, like the rest of the Amalfi coast, but we were rewarded with beautiful views over the Mediterranean.

Restaurant food as good as Amalfi restaurant, Pinos father is 73 years old and he is the Chef of Kitchen! Andrea is one of the waiters who help, and he is great! -Transport: scince we r 3girls without private car, we depeneded on taxi (take in mind 50 e per travel if its to amalfi of positano) or busses (these came once per hour and last buss is at 20:00 and most crowded) Transport advise: We flew to FCO, then took Train to Rome Tremini (30min 14e pp) then Train to Salenrno (3hrs fixed seats 25-27e) Then Taxi from Salerno (3 p,with bags 100 e) U can take buss frm Salerno t Furore,make sure u take right buss who will drop u at the top of furore instead of coast of furore!! Otherwise, u will have to take anther taxi from coast furore to top furore The hotel is family bussiness, we felt like we are part of the family and were very happy to stay there and sad to leave. Pino was a great help in diferent way.. I would for certain come back, but i will make sure i will either have my car or rent a car

Review 57：We had a great stay at Fico D'India. Superb host (Pino) who supported us well beyond what can be expected. We have stayed at +100 hotels/B&B and our host Pino at Fico D'India was probably the best that we have experienced. E.g. Pino picked us up several times late evenings after we had dinners in Amalfi town since he did not want us to pay EUR 50 every time we needed to come back with the taxi (he also refused and compensation for this). He also have lots of great advice on places do visit and daily excursions. Overall very authentic family feeling where his father is responsible for the kitchen and other family members also supporting at the premises. Fico D'India has a great view of the mountain and the bay and is situated in a very calm environment. Would definitely come back and recommend anyone who wants a really joyful stay at the Amalfi Coast to consider Fico D'India.

Review 58：We arrived late due to road closings and the owner graciously let us in at 2 am even though he had to drive over from his home. The room was immaculate and the view was spectacular. They have a wonderful restaurant at the hotel. Do youself a favor and try the lemon cake. Thanks for the wonderful experience. I wish we could have stayed for more than a day!

Review 60：This is our second stay in 2 years. Both times have been wonderful, made especially so by the owner Pino. Nothing is too much trouble for him. We ate in every night and the food is excellent. Our kids love it so much there they want to go back for another visit.

The star of the show being Pino.First he picked us from the bus stop. We got an upgrade at no extracost. He made a sandwich for my husband though the restaurant was notopen in the middle of the day. When we went off to dander around thehills he checked with us to make sure we have his number and told us togive a call if needed. Thankfully we didn't have to. I had lost mykeys to the suitcase he helped us with that. We even got a drop toAmalfi town to catch our bus. The walks of God does not start far offfrom Furore. Friendly neighbours. Not very touristy like Amalfi town.You felt like you were welcomed into somebody's home. This mightsound cheesy but when we left we felt like we were leaving a family weknew all our life. Italian hospitality at its best. Pino was the mostattentive host but it sometimes felt wrong cause like it was a bestfriend waiting on you while you had dinner. My husband and I felt likesaying don't wait on us, we will sit down and have food with yourfamily. They definitely like what they do and it shows.
