Review 1：the card system for the door lights up the room at night, I had to cover it with some clothing. Parking outside is very difficult so had to use hotel's offsite parking some distance away.

Review 7：The breakfast was rather poor and boring. The same thing every day. If you want an omelet you have to pay 5 Euros for it - really - are eggs that expensive? I would expect better from a 4 star hotel. The price was a little high, but all in all a good experience. The air conditioning kept turning on as we left the room, making it very chilly when we returned. I quite did not like it. Not a deal breaker. Parking at extra cost.

Review 13：Not much, but here it goes: this is Italy, so everything is on the small side (specifically the rooms). The breakfast could use a bit more variety. The parking is not adjacent to the hotel, so they run a shuttle, which is a pain at times.

Review 14：Too many things to list, but I'll try: the staff is absolutely delightful, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. The location is very convenient to both the paid beaches and two public free ones. The rooms are modern and very clean. The town is full of stuff to do - perfect beaches, amazing scenery, nice walking scene, old castles everywhere. Despite all the pluses, this was also the most affordable option in the area, so we were very happy.

Review 15：The hotel stays on the first liner, so you can't avoid street noise, and be ready listen to the loud music during the night. The air condition system is new, but very difficult to regulate it. It works hardly, and you have to choice -be suffocated of hot, or to have cold tomorrow morning.

Review 16：Nice small and new hotel. We booked Deluxe room just for only night. It was not very big for three of us, have to say. But everything was new and bathroom too. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast included fresh pastry, goof fruit, few meat and cheese. Also there was possible to order an omelette.

When challenged we were offered 'the last' room with balcony which was much much better. We had to produce our booking receipt to avoid being charged more. Refurbished nicely. Good breakfast.

Review 50：Very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were not big but nice and with comfortable beds. Even the bed-sofa, which is unusual in my experience. We asked when we booked for a room with a sea view and we got one! Nice location right on the board walk. The hotel restaurant served excellent food. If you want a nice stay and is prepared to pay the extra €50 a night, this is the place.

Review 51：Nice and helpful staff except for a german empolyee named Brigitte,which was impolite. On our departure we were forced to leave the room 30min before the official time, and we were nearly charged twice withoutany sign of an apology.
