Review 1：Cold swimming pool. No traditional sofa or chairs in apartment. Balcony attached to bedroom not living area so we didn't use once baby was asleep. Satellite TV was an exaggeration as only BBC news for English speakers, no movie channel. Location good if you have a car.

Review 2：Staff were friendly and helpful. Mountain views were great. Bar was handy. Books in lounge were good. Well equipped kitchen.

Review 3：We were satisfied with accommodation, very cleanly apartment, with kitchen corner with full equipment. Staff was very helpful. We spent there 7 nights and felt there like at home. I cannot forget on the comfortable bed, nice of view from balcony and good wifi connection. and we will be looking forward for comeback

Review 4：Not great breakfast (expensive and only the croissants are good, the rest is quite bad). I'd recommend go to the nearby supermarket Esselunga ("super store") and cook your own breakfast! Renting bikes to go to the beach is quite expensive too (vs car park in the beach)

Review 5：Great service from staff and facilities are very comfortable for a family holiday (good swimming pool, quite equipped kitchen, clean, etc). Staff super friendly!

Review 6：Bathcaps are obligatory. Not always clear on the website what kind of appartement you book, back or poolside, one floor or two and it lead to a discussion with the manager. After a call to te helpdesk of booking.com everything was cleared and fine. Call them if you have a problem! They do find solutions!

Review 7：Spacious rooms with a good double bed on the first floor and a sofa bed on the secund floor. the kitchenette on the secund floor was basic altough everything you needed was there. Bathroom and toilet on the firstfloor was clean, the washbassin was situated in the shower, however if you put a bathtowel on the floor there's no problem. Sometimes wifi had some problems but we were always able to reconnect. Friendly staff! The balcony on this type of appartment is small but enough for two people to have a drink on it an relax

Review 8：We were actually shouted at about the pool rules which require use of a hat. Nowhere are the rules displayed around the pool apart from compulsory showering. And a polite informative approach is a more appropriate way to speak to guests.

Review 12：I'd wish a grosery store was within walking distance. On the beach the sunbeds closest to the sea is reserved to season costumers. When we were here in the midle of July they were empty both days we went to the beach, but no other could use them due to the season costumers. We got row 18 which says which says something about how big the sunbed industry is on these beaches. But we had small kids who played on the beach and play ground all day so were were happy anyways. The beach area in Pietrasanta we chose was called Paradiso I think. This had a great playground for the kids. It took us about 20 minutes walking to get there from the hotel.

Review 13：Pool area was good and we appreciated free parking of the car. The nearby beaches are very Lively, although a litle crouded and expensive. We paided 30 euros for sunbeds and a parasol. As long as the kids are not expecting to be within walking distance to the beach or downtown, this is a good choice for a budget hotel if you want to visit the nice beaches in Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. Our kids are 2 and 4 and love to just hang out by the pool and run in the gras. That is why this was an acceptable choice for us as a family. The rooms were very simple furniched and matresses were hard, but that was the same most places we visited in Italy, no matter price class. Our room had a pretty big veranda were we could eat our meals and relax.

Review 15：Very friendly owner, good bar with low price coffee and beer. Very good supermarket is only 3mn driving. The beach is 15mn by foot or 3mn by car. Very good point to visit other cities: Pisa, Lucca - 40mn driving, Florence - 1hr 30 mn.

Review 16：Towels are only changed without charge twice per week. No towels are available to use in the pool and a cap is required to swim. This is a solid 3 star property but don't expect any extras.

Review 41：When we made the reservation it was not clear that the appartment was situated at he backside with a view on the parking. That was a bit disappointing.The front gives a nice view on the garden and swimmingpool.
