Review 1：If you do not have a car, I am not sure it is the best option!

Review 2：Very nice hotel for a very good price. Great faciliteis. About 10 km from Taormina - easy to go by car. Public bus is available.

Review 6：Nice spacious rooms. Hotel is kept very clean. In a good location in terms of links - bus stop just outside, another bus stop for routes around Sicily is 10 min away. The majority of staff are very nice and helpful. Great pool!

Review 7：The towels and furniture are very old, not clean and the air conditioner does not work properly especially the heating function. The bathtube is seperated with an ugly curtain and it constantly touches your body and disturbs you when you take a shower

Review 9：Staff a times were a bit rude. Wifi had to be paid for but only costs 4 euros for 2 weeks (2GB). Cocktails were horrible but cheap. Flies invaded us during the night time by the pool. (hotel should take more procedures about this)

Review 10：In my opinion hotel is very well recommended. It's spacious, clean and very good value for money. Pool is beautiful and very big and rooms are very comfortable and clean, with a pool view. Staff was overall helpful. Hotel is around 20 mins away on foot, however hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the centre. We also had a vast selection of foods at breakfast, very good and fresh !

Review 11：Bed was too hard and pillow like a brick Linen terrible and the towels had no absorption capability,probably 100 years old like the décor of the Hotel. Shower terrible not to mention the shower curtain which allows water to flood the bathroom. Toilet stunk, like a sewerage plant. TV the size of a match box and all one smells is cigarette smoke. The breakfast is horrific and everything is cheap and nasty. Maybe 30 years ago it was a great Hotel, but they need to change the name to Hotel VOMIT or demolish it. It seriously needs a revamp, and we were going to check out after our arrival, but did not have the energy, so stuck it out. The carpets in the passages were filthy and overall cleanliness was poor. This Hotel spoilt my Sicilian experience, avoid it like the plaque.

Review 13：The food and drinks were not to good. We had two rooms, off which one was stinking, possible to the sewer or dead mice(after we already switched one room). Very noisy building. When people take a shower, you can hear it clearly.

Review 15：Rooms overlooking the pool very noisy during evening as loud music on until after midnight. If you have children sharing room - you get bed settee and another bed. The springs stick out and you have to pad down with towels; very uncomfortable. The wi fi is 4euro per device for duration but it does not work very well; extremely poor. You have to get a shuttle bus from the hotel to get anywhere - beach, shops etc; quite tiresome and during evening smaller bus so people pushing to get on. The bus driver really friendly though. The breakfast is buffet; nothing special at all. The dinner buffet is quite good; 16 euro pp

Review 18：We were travelling with our motorcycle so we had a very good private parking and the room facing the pool was a pleasure too ! The location is excellent to reach from the autostrada or to visit other places !

Review 25：I wasn't impressed by the lack of information. What I could see is that this hotel is really geared towards large tour groups, and it is these tours that provide info to their groups. We were not part of a tour & there was no info n hotel room, not even breakfast times or the times of when the restaurants/swimming pools were open. U had to find these on a notice board somewhere in the hotel. We had our 16 month old son with us and it would have been nice to know some info like there was a large supermarket two doors away on the left, we spent the 1st evening walking for miles to our right in search of a shop for the basics(bottled water,nappies). Evening dinner buffet is dreadful. Sink in our bathroom broken had to ask everyday to fix it, we need to wash baby bottles. Getting baby's food heated at 4pm was a problem as restaurant was closed - not good enough when u have a hungry child!!

On check in we were not informed that there was a charge of 5euro/per day,per person for use of facilities,which meant at check out we were charged 40 euro extra for our 4 day stay. Also had to pay for wi fi.

Review 33：Not really a dislike but would suggest a couple of rooms with walk-in shower as many elderly may have hip/leg problems to get in the bath. Also if they could put it to the taxi & shuttle service to carry a small solid, foldable, stool for elderly/short people to be able to access the first high step easily. Perhaps the hotel itself can keep a couple available. They're not expensive and worth their weight in gold for those who need them. Otherwise we had a great trip. Thanks to all.

Review 34：Room was great overlooking garden. Great pool & garden area. May roses and plants with ivy creeping up the surrounding walls. V. relaxing and quiet. Evening live music. Easy bus access to Taormina. Offered great prices for buffet lunch/dinner which we took daily. B'fast was included in price. lovely.

Review 35：Rather a long walk to the centre of Giardini-naxos, though there is a shuttle bus. We could not get full details of local bus times from the hotel desk and they tend to promote the tourist bus. The hotel is very large and is used by numerous tour groups, who seemed to be having a wonderful time! However, the dining room is very busy and the waiters and waitresses sometimes seemed rather overworked and unfriendly. Though there was a nice swimming pool it closed fairly early so we were never back in time to use it!

Review 36：Our room had lovely balcony and was of a good standard and very comfortable. The bus stop for local buses to Taormina is immediately outside the hotel. There are local buses to other beaches along the coast. However, as buses are rather infrequent it is worth considering using the tourist bus. We thought that the standard dinner (buffet including 1/2 bottle wine) provided excellent value. The quality of the food was satisfactory and there was plenty of choice. Good breakfast also. Hotel had spacious underground car park.

Review 37：Luxurious hotel with a giant swimming pool, lots of plants and trees everywhere, smaller separate swimming pool and playground for children. 5 minutes to the see and 20 niutes to Taormina by car. Very rich breakfast, nice evening events at the swimming pool. At the weekends - live music + theatre performance for children.

Review 38：Hot aircondition in the rom at 4th floor. Often colder outside at night, but it was a lot of mosquitos so we could not leave the door open. Lunch buffet for one day pr. Person was very expensive. 20€ without drinks. Not a lot alternatives if you don't have luch buffet at the hotel. The restaurant beside the hotel is closed at day.

Review 71：We knew that the hotel is not near the center or beach. The distance is not too much otherwise, but it was difficult to walk to the center with baby strollers because of poor condition of pavements (pavements were mostly narrow and ramps too high, tiles missing). Surroundings of the hotel are not very pleasant. Some of us thought beds to be too hard (probably extra beds are softer). We arrived before noon but had to go to find some place for coffee and snack because all inclusive services start at 14.00 on arrival day, also when you on the other hand leave the hotel early in the morning when departing.

Review 72：We were staying with "All inclusive" services. We enjoyed the food and beach (Lido di Naxos). Pool area was well maintained. The hotel was not too crowded, there was always space for swimming in the pool and also free sun beds. Taormina was easily reached by bus, because bus stop was just in front of the hotel (trip to Taormina took about 20 minutes). Supermarket is only 200 metres away from the hotel. The hotel has its own beach area in summer time and it was really nice: tidy sand beach that was suitable also for children. From the beach it was easy to jump to boats going for example to Grotta Azzurra. Our rooms were in the second floor with pool view, we liked that and music was not too loud for us (also our baby was able to sleep when keeping the balcony door closed). There were also times without music, that was nice because we have also been in hotels that are like discos all the time.

Review 74：Great place for family, super pools and great staff. The reception service is high class service, they help you allot. Activities for kids and water aerobics for all. Beach is not in walking distance but there is a free shuttle bus.
