Review 1：Bedroom on mountainside, so no opening the window. Also the hallway light was right at the window, always a lot-up bedroom. Pool very busy because of combo of hotel- and campground guests. Good entertainment team for the little people. Because the pool was so busy we went to the beach every day. Then hotel is not conveniently located. If you stay at the pool location is fine. You pay fee for Internet for the week, but only one person can use it: log in and out constantly. Doesn't work well either; 99% no connection

Review 3：First and foremost we thought we were booking in a hotel, beware this isa camping site. Yes, there is a small hotel on the premises however our"appartment" was located in the middle of the camp groundfacing the toilet/shower facilities surrounded by tents and campingvans. The staff were friendly, but clueless. The restaurant wasexpensive and lacked variety of meals. No breakfast service, only a"bar" that often ran out of items. Overall, we were completelydisappointed and could not wait to leave after only a short 3 days! Iwould not recommend and would never stay there again!

Review 4：The size of our bungalow fit a family of 6 well and was clean The twopools were also clean and large, but the lounge chairs were stuffed inlike sardines. The shuttle service to and from the beach worked fineand was free.

Review 5：The room was not great The listing did not mention that the site is actually a camping site in the majority. The hotel is only a minor part of the operation. It was not the experience represented in the photos although with the benefit of hindsight, you can see the camping site in the main picture if you squint. We left the hotel early and were happy for it. However, the children did enjoy the turtle pond. A highlight.

Review 9：We traveled with 3 small children and a big dog. We never felt uncomfortable from any hotel staffs. The restaurant here is highly recommended. The food is so good and casual yet nice ambience. We want to go back for next vacation again.

Having a restaurant and mini market is very convenient for families no need to drive back into town and was reasonably priced. The entertainment staff for children were fantastic! Wish we were visiting in summer time because the pool looks amazing....
