Review 1：Transport: I stayed in October and had car so was fine but without car etc it could be a problem. Had a bit of difficulty finding place so make sure you are clear on location before setting off. Would definately recommend that they offer in-room tea and coffee making facilities. Smoking allowed on conjoined balcony. I detest smoking so when busy with smokers perhaps in winter i would not be able to stay. Recommend that they stop smoking outside on balcony and create smoking area away from non smokers rooms

Review 2：Friendly owner and excellent breakfast. Very large sunny bedroom (no1) with balcony and great views. Ample safe car parking Quiet location Friendly house sheep in fenced area I was on my own and enjoyed peace and quiet. Overall excellent value for money but no smoking please and tea coffee facs in rooms.

Review 8：Not a big minus really - there is some walk to the town center, but anyway the skibus stop is very near and walking in the evening allows to see quite a lot of stars.:)

Review 11：The rooms are big and bright, with a nice view over the Hochzillertal ski area. The furniture is new, actually all the equipments. The hotel has great wellness facilities. Good breakfast and you also have the option for the dinner . Just need to tell the staff one day in advance.
