Review 1：The staff were not very helpful, at times giving us completely the wrong information ie transport links, how ticketing works and directions. They would do well to simply provide a few train timetables, a map and a list of local restaurants etc. The local train station, Pozzano, is very dangerous and we had a very bad situation with a local man, which is too rude to write here. I would suggest walking the extra ten minutes and using Castlemmare station instead. The male staff were quite "full on" with female guests. Breakfast is fine, the evening meal is ok but I would suggest going elsewhere due to price & lack of atmosphere in the hotel restaurant.
Review 2：The proximity of the hotel to the beaches was very good, with lots of choice - they should promote that more as we were not expecting to be so close to beaches

Review 14：The location is not good at all.If you don´t have a car don´t choose this hotel! It was almost dangerous to cross the street. Very noisy. The worst was the breakfast. For a 4-star hotel it is a shame to call it a breakfast, i was so poor.

Review 16：The hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere (3km from the neareststation), google shows the position of the hotel incorrectly (but youcan take taxi for 10Euros to the nearest station). It is alsoproblematic to find taxi in evening to go back to the hotel. There wasno working internet in the room, as it was written. Breakfast is poor.One day the cold water in the room had yellow color. I met only oneperson in staff who was able to speak some English. There was not muchto take for minibar.
Review 17：Staff is very friendly. The quality of the building is good. I didnot face the issue with noise as it was written in other reviews - itis fine with closed windows. Value for money is ok. Nice view fromthe window.
Review 18：A fairly old building, only part of the hotel is used as such. Nevertheless, it is very clean and the staff helpful. It certainly does have a wonderful panoramic view, with a balcony, although walking into town does involve crossing a very busy road, downhill for around 20 minutes, and of course uphill on the way back. The town itself is not at all touristy and English is not widely spoken. We never ate an evening meal at the hotel, which seemed very over-priced; breakfast (included) was reasonable, continental style. Good for a short stay, car essential.

Review 20：Unfortunately it was a disaster as we thought we were staying at a hotel in Sorrento and after a E75.00 taxi fare to the hotel discovered we were half way back to Naples. Felt the description on the sight totally misleading.
