Review 1：The transport system in the island is not good, you have to wait for a long time until these small very crowded buses arrive. Then you have to walk for some time to reach the hotel as it is in very narrow street. The lady on the reception was helpful with the basics but a bit not welcoming.

Review 2：The view from the terrace is stunning, we have spent our evenings there drinking wine. Breakfast was not bad with fresh brewed coffee. They dropped us at the port for free, we took a boat trip, then they delivered our luggage to us once we were done.

Review 3：1) Room was very small as compared to what was shown in photographs on web site. 2) No proper amenities in room . Even no electric kettle, no intercom, no call bell connection. 3) we had booked three bedded room but there was only one chair provided in room . No sofa , no center table. 4) Bathroom was also very small.

Review 8：Too expensive given facilities (pool had flies) and location which is beyond most hotels in Anacapri and compared to other hotels which are in Capri. Walk from bus stop to hotel felt more than 300 metres given the steps and inclines. My older parents (60+) could not manage this so we relied on hotel car and taxis most of the time.

Review 10：Only 1 night we stayed in the standard room. But the room was dark and not like a place for guests. This is the only negative point, otherwise the hotel was great.

Review 11：The terrace, tables and chairs there. We enjoyed the breakfast and sunset view there. A little girl and a boy welcomed us everyday and are very charming and gave us smiles.

They had a problem with their rooms and we stayed at their staff rooms ( because it was a last minute thing and didnt want to go to another hotel and miss our restaurant reservation) problems can happen, and even though I belive the hotel doesn't deserve the stars it has in terms of location, design, furniture and ambiance, I was not planning to write a bad comment. But after I checked out, receiving a no-show up email from booking.com did really made me angry. Even though we accepted to stay in horrible rooms ( we did have a discount) the hotel recorded us as "no show up" this definitely is no good will.

Review 16：The room and front terrace were very enjoyable, great for resting and watching the sunset. The walkway to Anacapri is a smooth-walk! If you do not hesitate walking, it's in fact beautiful and healthy :) Breakfast was good enough, best in our Italy trip. Wi-fi is good and free. Shuttles are comfortable indeed, hotel staff do not hesitate to give you a ride. Anacapri is a nice location to travel around in Capri Island, bus transportation is just easy.

Review 21：The people there can speak English very well. And they have a shuttle bus from the port to the hotel. There are several options for the breakfast. Their location is just nearby the bus stop which is a finnal station. So, it is very convinient to take a bus travel on the island.

Iforgot that they provided this service so my friend and I took a taxi(~30 euros), but we used this service for our departure which was great!I highly recommend this hotel, it's budget friendly and there arebuses that run frequently from Anacapri to Capri, so getting from cityto city is not an issue:)

The village like hotel sports a deep blue swimming pool with a bar and a terracota terrace facing the shining sea surrounded by vineyards. Friendly holiday makers, hipsters, pretty girls and couples on anniversary vacations lounge around basking in the enveloping sun. A very good choice for a sunshine soaked chilled out holiday.

Review 41：Seaview room was lovely - beautiful views, pool was very nice to cool down in after a day of exploring the island - bus stop to most parts of the island a 10 minute walk away (bus to grotto Azzurra alittle bit further) and good reliable bus service. Capri/Anacapri are expensive places and this hotel one of the cheaper hotels on the island - the rooms are average, bathroom small but who goes to Capri to spend all them time at there hotel?

Review 42：The access to the hotel is not so easy from Marina Grande when you have luggages. Ask for transfer services. Weak WiFi signal on rooms ... but why do you need internet in Capri :)

Review 50：Beautiful views, peaceful location, just 10mins easy walk from the historic centre of Anacapri, the starting point for most of the Isle of Capri's main attractions. On the whole great staff, especially the drivers/porters/gardeners/breakfast servers - they work so hard! Complimentary transfer from Marina Grande an added bonus. Room simple but comfortable with large windows looking out over the ocean with the most beautiful sunsets. Pool is great with plenty of loungers. Whilst no restaurant, there is a bar serving drinks and snacks right up until sunset.

Review 51：The room was very expensive at 200 euros for the night (a suite) and when we got there we found out that they would charge us another 35 euros a night for an extra bed for our 6-year-old. Also, the wifi was very weak and didn't work in a lot of the hotel.

Review 56：The room was dated and shabby and reminded us of a Grandma's house! Looked nothing like the pictures on the website. We stayed for one night so wasn't much of a problem but any longer than that I would have asked to change rooms. I expected a lot more for 140 euros, I know it is Capri but the rooms need updating and let the whole hotel down.

It was in a quiet place, only 20 min walk from the sqare of Anacapri and close to the busstop. The surroundings was absolutly beautiful, and the hotel had everything we wanted, a nice localization, a nice staff, a good room and a good breakfast, and a sundeck to relax and a small swimmingpool to cool of. We can really recomend this place to other travellers that just want to relax in beautiful surroundings at the beautiful island!

Having the free shuttle pick up and drop was a dream otherwise would of been a nightmare on public bus as they can be packed. Breakfast was fresh and ample. The owner bakes her own cakes fresh everyday for the breakfast buffet. Has a fridge in each room no kettle but did fill our flask on request. Everything was fabulous and would go straight back there and not contemplate anywhere else.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating - we had a sea view room which I would highly recommend as the view was wonderful - Anacapris was much nicer and quieter than Capris and feel quite blessed to have found this hotel - easy walk into town - would recommend that folks visiting take the chair for spectacular views of the surrounding towns. The Blue Grotto should not be missed- This is a wonderful resort!

At the door of the hotel access to major treks and walks along the cliffs and historical sites and easy reach of the ocean and possibilities of pic nic .And 10 minutes from the hotel a very convenient bus stop.

The bread was fresh and tasty. The views from the hotel were exceptional. The hotel service included collecting and returning clients to there pick up point. The ride to the hotel is an adventure, down a narrow road about6 feet wide with stone walls on either side. The hotel providedtransfers right to/from the marina where we arrived/departed onhydrofoil and the hotel is a short walk to the bus stop to reach Caprior the Blue Grotto.

Review 106：The booking was an extra 85 euros to get a room with an Ocean View, theview you get is from a tiny window that you have to stand up in anakward part of the room...you couldn't just lie in bed and watch theOcean. When I brought this up to the Owner-Angela, she allowed me toswitch rooms to another "Ocean View" room but she would notallow me to switch to a regular room and save the 85 euros...she claimsthey were booked...I Know that not to be true because we stayed for afew days and those rooms never filled and she never offered for us tomove again. I had to unfortunately work on my vacation, so I required aroom with wireless access, again Angela was combative and said that thebooking clearly states "Wireless not available in every room"I didn't have a problem with that, I had a problem with her notfinding us a room with wireless access after I made it so clear that Ineed internet.Infact she allowed me to walk around each room and see if I get a reception from the outside part of the front door, but not from the inside...this was useless, since the second room we moved to had a signal at the front door...and no signal inside the room.Infact even the wireless outside of the rooms in the common areas was not a strong enough signal to even send an email, this might not be a huge problem to most people, but to me it really set me back with work.Angela, again would tell us directions to places and when she would say it was on the right side of the road....we would go and it would be .5 miles away on the left side...this is not a huge ordeal, unless you are walking and riding a bike, which we were.Angela was very combative most of the time we were there and really made our stay in Anacapri unpleasant and unmemorable....she never thought to maybe reimburse us for the extra cost of the "Ocean View" or maybe reduce the room cost because I didn't have internet access for 3 days...

Review 107：The proximity to the bus station was extra helpful. The maintransportation for a tourist in Capri Island is the bus, so the nearbystation definitely helped. There were 2 gentleman that stood out, theywere very helpful...they wore many hats and were always there to help.They picked us up from the Port on our arrival and brought us back onour departure, they cooked us sandwiches while relaxing by the pool,they served us breakfast and they hauled our luggage around anywhere itneeded to go. They never stopped working.

Review 110：The only minus Is that the hotel does not have a restaurant- cafe shop; one evening we were very tired from an exciting day walking around and did not feel like going back into town to have dinner, there was no food at the hotel, the girls were hungry so, we ended walking back to downtown.

Review 111：What a hidden little treasure this hotel is. The views of the sea, ischia a the top of Monte Solaro are simply amazing. The staff is great and always ready to help whenever is needed. Very clean and tidy facilities and within a short walking distance from beautiful Anacapri Historic district, the chair lift to Monte Solaro and the bus stop connecting to other interesting and beautiful places around the island. Will stay there again!.

The swimming pool was great, even if it was a bit cold!!! Easy walk to Anacapri and close to bus services for Faro, Capri and Marina Grande. The hotel also offered a free shuttle from the marina and back which was really great!!
