Review 1：Fantastic service, central location and such a welcoming reception. The rooms are more than comfortable and the fruitbasket, wine and other goodies all extras a show of great hospitality.

Review 2：Wish hotel's Spa had been open, but understand we visited in Summer,and this is a Winter Ski Resort area not geared for summer tourism.

Review 3：We loved everything about this hotel !!! Five Star in our opinion.Andreas, hotel manager, helped us park car, settle into room,recommended good restaurant, and organized our sight seeing. Nextmorning he served us amazing cooked to order breakfast with fresh fruit,yogurt, honey, omelette, cereal, and pastries. Room was large andluxurious by American standards, huge for Greece. Fluffy white bathrobesand slippers for big spa tub was added bonus along with refrigerator,couch, and lounger in room. Highly recommend this hotel. Andreas is theBest !!!!!

Review 9：Καινούριο μοντέρνο και πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο μέσα στα Καλάβρυτα. Ευγενικό και νεαρό σε ηλικία προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο μας καταπληκτικό με υδρομασάζ, μεγάλο κρεβάτι με μαλακό στρώμα που βούλιαζες μέσα και δεν ήθελες να σηκωθείς. Στα συν και ο υπόγειος χώρος στάθμευσης για εμάς που ταξιδεύουμε με μηχανές. Εντύπωση μας έκανε το πρωινό που περιείχε ταχίνι και το γεγονός ότι ο χυμός δεν ήταν ο κλασικός συμπυκνωμένος. Ελπίζουμε να ξαναπάμε

Review 34：Beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast and very modern decoration.Deluxe rooms are an ok size for two people, but do get slightly crammedfor three (we had our 4 year old with us). However, the extra bed had anexcellent quality mattress and was sturdy enough.The bathrooms are large and nicely fitted. The staff were friendly and happy to help whenever possible, while the location makes it easy for an evening stroll. We also loved the fact that we could have a drink at the bar when our little one had gone to bed, as the bar-cafe was just downstairs! Finally we loved the breakfast room: airy, spacious and cozy, it was the prefect way to start our day

Review 36：The rooms were very clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. I loved teh interior design of the hotel. The breakfast room (restaurant) and the bar were both very classy and cozy .The location is perfect.

Review 37：The mattress on the bed was so soft it was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn't work until we asked the staff about it. The bath had a leak when the plug was released causing the floor to flood.

Please note that the hotel's spa centre will be open from 30 October 2015 until Easter 2016, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 until 15:00 and from 17:00 until 21:00.Buffet breakfast can be enjoyed daily at the dining area.All guests are offered 2 bottles of water and 3 soft drinks.
