Review 1：Cleanliness, housekeeping and dining area. Bathroom only 1 bulb of 3 functioning. No proper indication/instructions for hot water in shower. Mosquitos in room.

Review 3：Though they are trying hard to maintain the property, the building looks a bit old and needs renovation. The rooms, although, comfortable, need to be better maintained. Towels were not ready on Day 1. I had to ask separately for them even though they are included. Breakfast Menu should contain a bit more variety as well such as Eggs and Fruit Juices. At times power cuts would be there and it would take time for the power back-up to be generated.

Review 4：Value for Money and the wifi which was fairly descent and had a very good speed and connection. Also the staff right from day 1 were very helpful to me. The food menu, though not diverse, is very well cooked and tasty.
