Review 1：Small road up hill in order to get to hotel - several steps to walk downwards to hotel - not recommended for people who have difficulty to walk

Review 3：In the same building as the hotel life people with a dog, who isagressive and attacked guest. Their are fleas in the room and diningarea. Staff speak only English when something delivers money. Bycomplain they only speak italian. Its a dirty and dangerous hotel. Theowner of the dog seems to be the owner. But when something happends shepoints to the non Englisch speaking staff.STAY AWAY DANGEROUS PLACE

Review 5：Fabulous views of Lake Como. Staff very friendly & helpful. Restaurant, Food & Breakfast superb & all served overlooking Lake Como. Swimming pool icy cold, but very refreshing. Room small, but with that view of the lake, who cares.
