Review 1：*Booking.com has the photo of the Fortune Inn Grazia in Noida on thishotel's page - extremely misleading for those unfamiliar with thatpart of the country *Even the map in the confirmation email sent to meby Booking.com shows the Noida property, which is about 23 kms closer tothe airport than this property. Please beware as of Feb 9, Google Mapsstill did not feature Fortune Inn Grazia Ghaziabad and kept directing meto the one in Noida. Booking.com admin - please take note of this andcorrect the error on your system before other travelers get misled. *Atthe hotel itself, I had to argue and haggle for free Internet eventhough it said on my reservation that Internet would be free. *And aftermultiple requests, when they did activate my free Internet it did notrun for more than 10 minutes. Following which, the staff just stoppedresponding to my requests. I never got back my net access after thefirst outage. And they did not even apologize for the inconvenience.Pathetic! *It's a brand new hotel - less than a month old - I wastold by a couple of the staff, so there's plenty of issues such as:- malfunctioning light switches - clogging shower stalls and, - they don't yet have a bar license - so no drinks in the mini bar or the hotel restaurant. *In my room, one of the lights refused to turn off so I requested them to repair it - i thought they had until the next day the very same problem recurred. *Conclusion: plenty of issues with this hotel none of which cannot be rectified, and I hope they do.
