Review 1:being relatively closed and introverted people, we didn't really ask for things we thought to be obvious. An example could be asking why the bathroom was never cleaned in 4 nights (they cared to do so the fifth night when other people arrived). We didn't ask for our towels to be changed because the ones we were given smelled like humid, or how to tell the hosts we were ready for breakfast (told to switch on the lights and still waited some 15 minutes). We did ask for something, the wifi, and it was never given to us. Instead we got a weird and embarrassing reply like "yeah the wifi what about it" then after expressing my wish to have the password to access we were told we'd get it later. Asked again but nothing. I could continue, but in general it felt a lot like we were really (non paying) guests at their house rather than customers. From my experience, it's quite expensive given the service they offer. Though gentle, they show inexperience and relatively small care. A last example is that they are poorly organised: one day we left for a trip in the city and randomly met the husband, he came over to us and told us they had activated the house alarm but forgot to tell us. Needless to say, hadn't we met, we'd likely got home and set off the thing... Picture it.
