Review 1：Hotel was good, staff tried hard. Aircon was a bit 'iffy', town was a big disappointment. Food was ok, if limited choice. Seemed to cater more for parties than independant travellers, that said would stay again if I area.

Review 2：Beds are too soft. Personal pretend to speak english. They do not give you info about hotel amenities, instead when we ask "Anything else?"(except the keys) she gave us another pair of keys. Someone should invest in this hotel.

Review 5：Very good location,clean,large swimmingpool,clean rooms if you choose superior room,very nice staff,not the best breakfast.Plastic glasses were wierd for me as the hotel is beautiful.All together we are satisfied.

Review 6：The AC in our room was not working. After several calls to reception they switched our rooms to one with working AC. Besides that small inconvenience everything else was great!

Review 7：The room was very comfortable, the balcony and rooftop views are AMAZING!! The staff was friendly and helpful.The hotel has great amenities worth taking advantage of. Not too far from the city center and public transportation. The train to Napoli is nearby.

Review 8：Looked a little tired. Pool closed at 6, which seemed a bit early. The area was not great, town was a dump.

Review 11：We had a one night stay here as we arrived in late to Naples airport. Our flight was delayed but there was no problem checking in at 2am. Staff were great and provided us with free water etc. Room was fine, clean and comfortable if slightly dated. Nice roof terrace and flowers around the hotel grounds. All in all we were happy with our stay and would recommend it if stopping off en route to Amalfi Coast.

Review 13：The Hotel was excellent, ambience superb, quiet location and easy access to motorways. Hotel great value compared to the cost of other hotels in Italy. The breakfast was superb and plenty of choice, it also varied daily. No problem with seating, it had a choice of indoors and out doors. Spectacular views. Parking without being charged and free wifi Within walking distance of a promenade, with plenty of venues for eating. I found the Italians very proud of their food, which came with an excellent service. They were also very helpful with any language barrier

Review 14：The bar area was never properly manned and it was very difficult to get drinks when we wanted them. There was also a fluctuation of the cost depending on who was manning the bar.

Review 15：Our room was lovely. The views were magnificent. The pool was beautiful. The reception staff were very helpful. The grounds were very well maintained.

Review 16：The Hotel dei Congressi was perfect for the 2 days spent on the Amalfi Coast. Castellammare is the perfect location to travel to other villages along the coast, and the hotel is a short walk away from the train station- we managed to do it with no problems with big suitcases. Our double room was big, comfortable, and clean, with a very large ensuite as well. It came with a balcony with an absolutely beautiful view over the mountains and the bay of Naples. The pool area is large, as well as the pool itself, which is set on a terrace again overlooking the surrounding view- absolutely beautiful. There is also a roof terrace, and the breakfast provided is much larger than I've experienced at other hotels. We were delighted with the hotel and would definitely stay there again!
